Came to little Caesars at 6:28 p.m. and ordered a deep dish 3 meat. The young lady said they didn't have any but they caused... make one and some they did. Got home eat a little bit and it wasn't cooked all the way, so I call 4 times and each time theyhang up on me. So I went back to little Caesars and was telling them about the pizza and they told me they can't take it backbecause I told eat a little bit. It's 7:00 p.m. and the manager, said I cook you another one. It's now 7:19 and the managerjust bought e other pizza that they had to replaces. Fast and friendly employees, the pizza is literally hot and ready every time. Just don't be a Richard and park in the fire zone.
I drove from Grant parish all the way to 28 East while calling up there 3 different times and let the phone ring for 10 minutes... the last time pulled up and parking lot was empty a worker was standing outside on the phone and someone was sweeping. There'sno way that someone wasn't able to answer the phone and saw them goofing off ignoring the phone the manager up here obviouslyshould be fired. Ordered ahead of time and got there to pick it up, apparently they could not find our order even though I repeatedly told them... all of the information. They insisted that there was no order under our name and proceeded to insist that we pay for our foodagain. No amount of explaining was working. We ended up having to show them our bank app that proved the money being taken fromour bank before they magically found our order in their system. They asked us to pull to the front and they would bring it outin 10 minutes... that was an hour ago. I've already paid for my food so it's not like I'm just going to up and leave it. They were SO BUSY... but the service is still great & they had everything we wanted ready to go, even though I didn't order... ahead. Pizza was very hot & there was no wait time once I ordered. Though I could tell the guy working the window was frustratedwith how busy they were, he was extremely professional & was laughing & smiling despite the chaos. We love that team! Read more
Just had the best pizza of my life. Stuffed crust deep dish with pepperoni, bell pepper, bacon, and banana peppers. Girlfriend... sauteed mushrooms, garlic, olives, and jalapenos and we put it on top. Read more
I do love the pizza here, especially for the price, but the last few times that I have ordered have been ridiculous. I used the... app to order online and it gives me a pickup time, except every time I show up there pizza is not ready. It's been 30 minuteslonger than the app tells me and one time it was 45 minutes later. I have been waiting for my pizza, had people walk in, orderand receive their pizza before me every time. This last time no one even asked to help me until I still there for 10 minutes. Ilove the Little Caesars chain, but this location obviously doesn't care about those who order online. Read more
