Prompt, courteous, accurate service! And they finally got their receipt machine fixed! Yay! Mobile app. Pick up at drive-thru... unless their backed way up. I do that bc it is really kinda dangerous for their employees to be having to cross 2 lanes of McDtraffic while going/coming mobile order pick-up parking spaces. They also get wet if raining. Hot/ cold/ hot/ cold when tempsare extremely hot outside/cool inside or extremely cold outside/warm inside. Read more

Most times I have great visit but last couple have been less pleasant. Hopefully next visit will be back the norm

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers no onions, and a large fry, with a drink. Got food and went to check it - it had onions on it and it... was cold. The cheese wasn't even soft. I handed it back to server and told him I ordered it with no onions. He asked if Ichecked the other one. I told him no but with the service this McD has been dishing out I would be the other one was wrong also.I pulled up to next window for my new order. When it was returned guess what. Same burger I first received. They had tried toscrape the onions off and did a very poor job of it. I handed the bag back to the guy who brought it to me. In a very sternvoice I told him I wanted 2 fresh cheeseburgers with NO ONIONS. He left and when he finally returned they still wasn't fresh andhot but at least it had no onions in it. This MCD which every time I go there I get my order wrong, the workers are in theirphone, they aren't pleasant, and they move like turtles. The lines stay slow and LONG. My daughter in law experienced the sameservice and why does it take sooo long. There is no organization and people are tripping over each other working. There is noflow to the process. Read more

Ordering from the app and doing curbside pickup is supposed to make things go smoother and faster. Never at this location do I... get to leave before a wait of at the very least 20 min. Read more

I had awful service today. I waited 15 or more minutes to get to the window. When I got there, I found out they had given my... order to the car in front of me. They asked three times what I had ordered. The fourth time they opened the window to ask, Ihanded them my receipt. A couple of minutes later, they handed me one meal and closed the window. After several minutes, theyopened the window and asked what I wanted. I replied that I wanted my second meal. Again they closed the window with no reply. Afew minutes pass, and they hand me the second meal. Again they immediately closed the window. I waited several more minutesbefore they once again open the window and asked me what I wanted. I told them I needed the drinks and told them again what Ihad ordered. I was immediately handed a large drink I assumed was my coke. They closed the window for several more minutesbefore opening it and telling me I needed to get a different drink. Although they never explained why, I assumed the sprit wasout. I asked if they had anything else that was caffeine free. The girl in the window said I could have a coke. I told her cokeshad caffeine. She rolled her eyes, popped her neck and told me I could have a water. Being that I had now been at the window forat least another 15 minutes, and knowing the cars behind me must be as frustrated as I was, I took the water and drove off. Inever got a sorry for the mix up. I still did not plan to write this review. However, when I took a drink of my coke, it wastea. Did I mention I hate tea. It was also iceless because the ice melted while I waited for the order. Then when I took a biteof my no onions, no pickles, cheeseburger, it had both. I understand that it is hard to get good employees. I understand thatmistakes happen. But I also understand that when someone orders a meal and pays for it, they deserve to get what they orderedwith a reasonable wait time. Read more

I left this location without food in 2021, but it has been improved this year. They are still under stuffed, but they seem doing... the best they could. Ordering on mobile app comes with lots of more perks and deals. I had some issues with the burger Iordered, they fixed it quick. Everything was handled professionally. Read more
