I'm not sure what's happen with this location but it's gone downhill. The past 4 orders have been cold, greasy and lacking... taste. The fact I picked up my husband's order last night and sat at the window for pickup for over 5 minutes with out any kindof acknowledgement while the guy took phone calls and waited on everyone that walked in. If I could give no stars, I would. I live less than ten minutes away, and it's been an hour and a half and I still haven't... gotten my pizza. Don't bother trying to call either. I ordered the pizzas at 8:04pm. Their automated system that "follows up" onorders is garbage. It told me 7 minutes at 9:04pm and told me 7 minutes again at 9:21pm. They also don't answer their actualphone either. This is also the third time in a row I've had this issue with Papa John's. This is unacceptable. If I can file acomplaint on this store, I'm most definitely am going to. Edit: just got my pizza at 9:41pm, almost two hours after I ordered,and my pizza was cold. I understand sometimes it get busy. ordered from papa johns for years and had a few mistakes over the years but I forgive them and move on but this last time I'm... done. I made my order online for carry out. I get there and somehow they lost my order so then I have to wait an extra 20minutes to get my food and they say have a great day.
