I'm not sure what's happen with this location but it's gone downhill. The past 4 orders have been cold, greasy and lacking... taste. The fact I picked up my husband's order last night and sat at the window for pickup for over 5 minutes with out any kindof acknowledgement while the guy took phone calls and waited on everyone that walked in. If I could give no stars, I would. I live less than ten minutes away, and it's been an hour and a half and I still haven't... gotten my pizza. Don't bother trying to call either. I ordered the pizzas at 8:04pm. Their automated system that "follows up" onorders is garbage. It told me 7 minutes at 9:04pm and told me 7 minutes again at 9:21pm. They also don't answer their actualphone either. This is also the third time in a row I've had this issue with Papa John's. This is unacceptable. If I can file acomplaint on this store, I'm most definitely am going to. Edit: just got my pizza at 9:41pm, almost two hours after I ordered,and my pizza was cold. I understand sometimes it get busy. Pizza was delivered cold and over an hour after estimated time. Unable to call store, phone just rang. When my husband went in... to get our missing sauce the girl argued with him, even though it showed on our order. Read more
ordered from papa johns for years and had a few mistakes over the years but I forgive them and move on but this last time I'm... done. I made my order online for carry out. I get there and somehow they lost my order so then I have to wait an extra 20minutes to get my food and they say have a great day. Ordered delivery. Missing items from my order for the third time. Tried to call and no one answered so I drove to the store. Got... there, asked to speak with a manager, and waited for the manager to be available. the phone rang the entire time I was there. Noone attempted to answer it. Paid a delivery fee but I had to go pick up my order and it was a DoorDasher who delivered the otherpart of my order. I might as well just order through DoorDash. Clerk at the front said he didn?t know what I wanted him to doabout my missing items so I told him I wanted what I paid for. I explained to him that this has happened several times beforeand he said there was nothing that could be done. Ok so I ordered a pizza. Well they send message that order is on the way...so 45 minutes later I call. Well I had to call 10... times before finally the girl that was supposed to deliver pizza answers. So I ask about order and she says well I tried andphone went to voicemail.. ok so I ask her did you come to my address and she says well is it around such and such. Lmao way wayoff. When we got to the window at the time it was supposed to be ready...they told us we had to wait another 10 minutes because... evidently our order was delivered to someone else. So the delivery order must have been given the wrong order. I wonder if theygot a free pizza the next time, like Pizza Hut has done for Me, when it happened in the past. We did not get that benefit thistime. But...I realize Stuff Happens..and I still think that Papa John's Pizza is the best around. We Did think that our MeatLovers Pizza was a little lacking in the Meat though...but I guess our illustrious government is pushing the price of meats sohigh that Everyone has to cut back.
