Went the at the begining of this week. I made my order with me and my gf being the only ones inside and only two cars in the... drive thru. It took 32 minutes to get my food. I watched as employees was watching videos on their phones, joking, and playingaround. They was loud and slow. The food didnt even have enough meat in it to taste. They lobby had trash and food on the floorsand tables. We had to clean off a table to sit at ourselves. Very much the worst i ever had from this location. Read more

They always mess up the order. Idk why but thru do. We've been overcharged a couple of times but never called about it. It would... be nice to get a free meal from them. Read more
Food always is good and never have any issues. The only reason I?m not giving a 5 star rating is because if you go inside,... expect a long wait. Waited a good 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready. Read more

I go there very often, but this time I was annoyed. It wasn?t the worker he was nice, it?s just the cinnamon balls are 3$ for... two, so I want my moneys worth. I order, get home and see I only one. The restaurant, employees are all good my complaint is the food itself. When I pay extra to have steak versus the greasy taco... bell ground beef, then I want STEAK! AFTER going through mobile app process, received a msg no mobile orders this time of day. Was gonna pick-up at drive-thru. By... the time I got the msg, I was in a one-lane drive-thru (blocked in by vehicles behind me and in front. Can't get out bc ofraised curbs, yet as soon as you're past order speaker, it turns to two lanes ???). It took 25 minutes to be the 3rd car in linefor speaker (blocked in by other vehicles). I waited in line, trying to get to the first window another 5 minutes, only 2vehicles ahead of me. They had waited 25 minutes ahead of me at drive- thru speaker. When I called store and camels my order(out of courtesy) bc I had a vehicle rental return deadline, I noticed the first of the three vehicles behind me had not movedbeyond drive-thru order speaker. It's why I ALMOST DIDN'T GO AT ALL. I won't visit that location again unless I'm THE ONLYVEHICLE. This has happened too many times for me. Review doesn't offer ZERO star rating or that would be mine.
