They load the sandwiches with ketchup-lots. Mayo-lots you can't taste the other stuff on you sandwich. One time lettuce and... tomatoes. Net time none! Ask for fries to be fresh and hot get soggy and not hot. Read more

Wendy's has definitely improved over the years. The staff was professional, dressed in clean uniforms and my order was accurate... and fast. The drive thru employee was professional and courteous but could've smiled a little more. Read more

This franchise manager needs to improve his customer service. I placed a mobile order and the cashier did not have a receipt of... my order. I drove to the next window where I informed the employee about a missing item. I checked my bag and found two moreitems missing. I went inside and informed the manager about the missing items. His response was this is a franchise and I donot care about what I ordered via mobile. Read more

They were so nice. We love those frostys! For some reason the chocolate on Jackson St Wendy's tastes like it is mixed with... strawberry and we are still waiting on the Colliseum Wendy's to fix their machine. Thanks because for now we will drive toPineville when we can. Read more

I made a order around 1:10 PM In drive through. I order a Southwest Avocado Salad With extra avocado, chicken, & bacon. Large... Unsweetened tea. They did ask me several questions at the drive through about the order that I couldn?t quite grasp due to thefact it?s not my order but for my MOTHER THAT JUST GOT OUT OF SURGERY I know they possibly couldn?t know that. The thing is myMother called the phone the Manager answered the phone my Mother explained what was wrong. She asked the lady to have it madewhen I got there. But, she hung up before she could finish her sentence. When I arrived I reminded her what happened. She said?Yeah we asked you this and that and you said yes? I replied with ?Yes it?s not my order? She replied with ?Yeah, well she mustbe mad at you and disappointed in you? I replied with ?No she is not just get her food for me? The tone the lady was using wasnerving to say the least. ONE it had fried chicken. The order shouldn?t even had to begin with. They also asked me at the doordid I want vegetables own it. (Extra) I said no. Like, what even is going on?!? I watched her the whole time to make surenothing happened. Look, I?m not a rude person. I have worked retail for 5 years now. I have had my moments as well. But thislady is 4x my age and I?m guessing she should know a thing or two how to speak and what tone to use. I?m not some guy that liveswith his Mother and mooches off her. She is sick and needs care. I?m well off and have my own place with MY MONEY!!! I don?twant her fired. I don?t want her having a write up. I know their is stressful days working with people. I know. I promise. Iwant her to sit down and have a talking with the owner of the franchise. Just tell her to have a better attitude. I?m a niceguy. Someone not so nice would take this a lot further. Big sign out front saying dinning room open. But it isn't open. At least not for breakfast. I was hoping to enjoy my breakfast... in the comfort the dinning room. The food was very good. I had the sausage croissant. Read more

Strangly chaotic behind the counter. The kind that brings concern for your food order. Surprisingly, the food came out... correctly, fresh and delicious! The restaurant appears clean. The parking lot is clean. Would eat here again when passing thru. Read more
