Consistently slow, inconsistent food. Regularly shorted on McNuggets. I guess nine is the new ten. Drive through area isn't... large enough for two order areas, so there's always an overly aggressive driver trying to force their way in. Frustrating. Read more
Was not told there were no toys available for happy meals. Wasnt told during order. Wasnt told when food was brought to car (by... 2 people). Called to find out why and then was told and all they told me it still doesnt change the price it would still ring upthe same. My family chose to get our dinner from this very poor restaurant tonight. As is the case with most people in this area we live a... ways from the restaurant. When we got home we found out the 3 kids meals had no toys in them. We had 3 very disappointed kids.Then when we called and reported the missing toys(which is why you pay the price for the happy meal) we were told there would beno refund or toy to replace the missing ones. If this is how you treat your customers we will be going somewhere else from nowon. You can also know that I will be passing this information on to all the people that I take care of at the business where Iwork,WalMart! Read more
Got the new adult happy meal. But then they forgot my pies even after I had to pull aside to make fresh along with fries..
Even for McDonald's it's service and food are terrible. One experience a worker brought the wrong order, said he would be back.... After awhile I went in and he was eating ice cream on break, lied in front of me and told his manager I hadn't even been therein the first place. He wasnt even reprimanded. 30+ mins for a happy meal. Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes because they only knew how to work one side I guess. Told me my total was 16.02... before they ever took my order. I ordered a sweet tea when I got to the window to pay told me my total was 26.78, had no recordof me ordering a sweet tea. Large sweet tea was 1.26 . Read more
I guess McBurnt is the new way they are doing breakfast sandwiches. This is the 3rd time in a couple weeks that my sandwich has... been burned. So today I paid $4.24 for a burnt sandwich and on top of that I was the only one in line at 7:15 am and was told topull up it would be a couple minutes. So I paid for a sandwich and waited extra time for the to burn it. I'm done with thislocation. Read more
This is probably the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. There were people waiting for 45 minutes inside... for their food, but they couldn't get a refund for whatever reason. Luckily I only got one small thing and was able to get outof their quick but I still had to wait at least 20 minutes for just a cheeseburger for my son. This place needs some seriouswork when it comes to their employees. Read more
