Not impressed, avoid. Service was definitely on the slow side, and drink refills took quite a while. The food was extremely... greasy (swimming in grease, see picture) and didn't taste all that great. The sauce on the Chicken Marsala was extremely sweetand didn't really taste like Marsala wine at all. The Fettuccine pasta had barely any sauce on it, and the sauce it did havewas extremely bland. The fried Mozzarella appetizers were undercooked and cold in the middle. At this price point there aremuch better options for Italian food that is actually good. Not factored into the overall rating is that the first table theytried to seat us at had a dead cockroach lying on the table. Food was good. Server did not inform us that soup was additional on the lunch special so we ended up having to pay extra for... that.missy (our server) also didn't offer house bread so when she asked if we wanted bread we said yes and ended up beingcharged for garlic bread. The only good thing here was the food but even that took forever during lunch hours with only 3 othertables at the restaurant. Will not be coming back to eat in maybe take out. Read more

Great service. Loved the salad, mashed potatoes, bruschetta and garlic cheese bread - not a fan of the chicken parm or meatballs... not because it was bad, just not to my taste. My chicken parm has a crispy crust with tender chicken. This was soft, not crispand dry and the sauce was tangy - but I LOVE the decor! I’d go back to try the chicken piccata. Huge portions. My family of 4 came to try this place again because the first time (Years ago) was not good and I was immediately turned off... from the start. No one was there at the front so we knocked on the window to the kitchen and asked for someone. They always havea stack of appetizer plates on the table, but every single one of our plates except for the top had old food in it from othercustomers. Waitress said there was a party earlier no apologies until she came around the second time to bring us clean platesand started walking away then turned and said “Apologies” like it was an after thought so I said “Okay” but then it wasterrible after that. Food came fast, server had 2 tables but it took her forever to for a refill so we didn’t get one and whenthe check came it took forever for that too because she added a $12 drink that we didn’t even get. I gave it a second try andit failed. Wouldn’t recommend. For the price you pay it’s not worth it, the food was mediocre at best. No one was there to greet us when we came in. I ordered a drink from the bar but got something completely different. We ordered... meatballs as an appetizer. They came out cold. Sent them back. Entrees arrived..sent the broccoli back as it was terrible.Lasagne has very little meat sauce, I honestly thought it was vegetarian at first. I had to look at the menu to see if there wasmeat in it. Garlic cheese bread wasn’t great- we didn’t take the remainder home. Meatballs (our appetizer) finallyreappeared towards the end of the meal. We just had them boxed to take home. Wonderful experience! We ordered a catering birthday celebration package and added a large order of shrimp Alfredo. It was so... much food for the birthday party and we had leftovers. The staff was very nice and bought the food to the car. Everything waspackaged nicely. Totally recommend! Read more

Unfortunately this place did not meet any of our expectations. The server AMY took 15 minutes to even give us any attention. She... could use some customer service training to say the least with her attitude as well. The food was mediocre at best and we alsohad a hair in our spaghetti! Do you think the server apologized? Nope, and then asked us if we wanted another one! The qualityof the spaghetti was terrible. No flavor and as you can see in the pic all watered down. Barely any actual sauce. $70 for a blahmeal and horrible customer service. We will not be coming back and will not recommend to anyone. Food was ok I do prefer a more exquisite taste. Olive Garden even taste much better. I do like the family style but it’s not... needed because everyone eats something different so the menu most definitely needs to also include an individual plate. No sidescome with anything. You literally have to order everything separately which is how they really hit you with an unnecessary highbill. The drink I had was very very good. Sadly my table never even got a refill just from our soft drinks. We waited over 35mins for the waitress to bring the bill. It was very slow. We should of had at least 2 waiters considering the size of our partywas 2 full tables. The lasagna had sauce on it. They barely put any sauce on anything else my poor family had a bowl of drypasta. The environment was nice. I would never go here by choice but as a guest of someone else. Although staff was slow theywere friendly. I ordered spicy shrimp and all it was is fried no sauce nothing to dip I had to request for a sauce to dip it in.Needless to say I did not eat it and no one else wanted it lol.
