What an AMAZING RESTAURANT. We are from Miami and when we moved here we missed home. We missed the food, the people and our... culture. This restaurant has made my missing home disappear. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive and theambiance is excellent. YOU MUST ORDER THE HOUSE MOJITO.... TO DIE FOR, and once in your hand just sit at the dominos table andplay a match or two. The owners are so welcoming. They make you feel as if you?re dining at their home and not a restaurant.This has definitely become our home away from home....I wish this restaurant all the success in the world for it?s an amazingCuban addition to Charlotte. Went there yesterday, 6 adults, 2 kids. Server was nice but not as attentive as I'd hoped. My pork entree was good; however,... the thicker part was pink, & I sent that back. They took half off my bill. I asked for a dessert to go, & she forgot. It wasnton my check, so I asked her for it, & they gave it to me for free...something about not being able to redo the check. Myfriend'c black bean soup had no flavor whatsoever, so I mentioned it, and they took that off her bill. She'd only had a couplespoonfuls. Rice & beans were bland, too. Appetizers were good my friends said. My bread pudding with guava was good but notgreat. I probably won't return. There's too many other restaurants to explore. Read more

This place is amazing! I kept hearing good things about it so I had to go check it out for myself. The entire staff was... attentive and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is friendly and make you feel very much welcomed and at home. The owners werethere as well and made a point to come to the table. It's not just your waiter or waitress, but every single person made sure wehad everything we needed. The Cuban sandwich was the best I've had in a very long time. Must also try the appetizer sampler!
