Reviews for Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Indian Land, SC
The food is great, but... The actual hours of service are growing more inconsistent, and there's no way to know when the actual... dining room is open. This is inexcusable in 2022. If you're not wanting to serve people inside, just go drive-thru only andstop the charade. You could also order it for pickup and have them not let you in to get it -- though the app says to comeinside -- or order delivery and pay nearly double the already-rising prices. I hate not being able to consistently eat hereanymore, but I'll live. If you don't start caring about your customers, they'll stop caring about you. Read more
Total was $9 for a regular concrete with peanut butter. I was charged for the peanut butter but the guy barely put any in it. I... asked if I could have a side of peanut butter since I already paid for it and he barely put any in. He said I'd have to pay forit. I paid an extra $1.10 for a side of peanut butter, and this is what I got. Probably about .5oz. Employee was kind of rude aswell. Definitely won't be back. Read more

One of my favorite cheat meals. Their employees seem nice and the orders are accurate. The burgers are freaking delicious if you... like thin steak style burgers, and the fries are thin and perfect. I?m from MI and it reminds me a little of Halo Burger :). Read more
Waited 20 minutes for the order for my family of four. Then everything about the order as we opened it up was incorrect. Then... went to order the kids ice cream waited another 20 minutes after it was ordered and finally found out that the manager on dutytold them to not do anything until all the people in the drive-through were helped. Store was trashed complete chaos. Will neverreturn Read more
Our order was to go. We placed the order. The cashier was new and was struggling to get our order correct. Cheese was left off... the burgers. We sat down near the pick up window. The guy that prepared our fries mistakenly thought we had regular size but weordered large. He took the regular size and poured them in the large containers and put them in the bag. So either we did notget large fries or you rip off your customers. You should probably address this with your employees. Read more
Melted sundae in an odd combination. This was my second trip to this location. The first time was pretty mediocre- okay service... and decent custard. I thought I would give them another chance, this time ordering a sundae to see if adding other items wouldimprove it. It was worse- all around. I got the brownie sundae because that?s really hard to mess up. They managed to do it.First, it was completely melted by the time I got it. The tiny bit of whipped cream had totally merged with the custard and thepoor cherry was lost in there somewhere. The next problem was that it came with chocolate custard. The flavor was really sweetbut not horrible, but it?s typically made with vanilla ice cream/custard to offset the deep chocolate in the brownie and the hotfudge. I get it if that?s your take on it, but put a description on the menu so people know to ask if they don?t want that. Thenext issue was the non-existent fudge. I finally found some at the very bottom of the cup, and it wasn?t hot fudge- it waschocolate syrup. Finally, there?s the brownie. It?s meant to be the crown jewel of this dessert. Heck, it?s called a BrownieSundae. Once I finally found it under the melted chocolate custard, the goo that was once whipped cream, and the roomtemperature chocolate syrup, I?m pretty sure it was little debbie or some other month-old grocery store brownie. The predominantflavor was sugar. Not yummy brown sugar or caster sugar or even raw sugar- just straight up white sugar flavored with a littleoddly flavored cocoa powder. All in all, a total waste of $6 and 45 minutes on the treadmill. Read more
