The server walked on his phone, when I walked up to the counter. After five or so minutes he came back. I had to make my order... while he was on the phone. Then while making my smoothies, he was on his phone the entire time. Terrible customer service!September 9th 2021 at 11:40. I see why it has such lowes stars. The food is delicious but the employees move in slow motion. Staff looked at me like a crazy person when I ordered a ginger shot... listed on the menu... then when I got my smoothie it was not full at all. Disappointing. Read more

Jamba juice and Cinnabon together... what! Mind blown. Super excited to have both stores together. You have to try the Acai... bowl, its like love in a bowl. It is located on the second floor across from hot topic and foot locker in the Dillards wing. Park near the front if Dave and Buster's and walk up the escalator. Read more
DO NOT get a smoothie from here. 1. the customer service is terrible 2. me and my friend both stopped to get smoothies here and... had diarrhea for about 2 days! they hop from the cinnabon to the jamba juice and idk if it?s cross contamination or they justhave spoiled ingredients. Read more
