this place still got it ???????? avg. $15 a person for entree, side and drink!

Waited 45 min before saying anything. No corresponding numbers coming out with the orders, kept making wrong food without... correcting the system, manager put off addressing our order because she "had to finish the truck". Was offered a refund byTaylor but the manager, even though she agreed, would not come to the front to process it. Even after initially addressing themissing order, they made the wrong thing 2 more times while waiting on the refund to be processed (which still hasn't happened).We had somewhere to be so we eventually did leave with to-go boxes of who knows what and are hoping the refund gets processed aspromised. Of everyone we interacted with from placing the order to the manager, only Taylor seemed to actually have any degreeof competence. ETA: the to-go food was still the wrong order Update 10/28: we called to follow up about the refund and weretold by the manager that she ran the refund herself, that it was processing and might take 7-10 business to go through. Young man at counter who took our order was nice. After we placed order had trouble finding a clean table to sit and enjoy our... food. Need more employees cleaning up tables so new customers can sit and enjoy their food. Food was tasty and items we orderedfrom hot menu arrived at a good temperature. Read more

I went for dinner on Friday and order from one of the table and they didn?t bring my food to the table where it has written... serve to the table and waited more than 30 minutes for small order and I asked someone about my food they said it?s on the Togocounter and also missed my dessert. Went for lunch on a Saturday. First thing you see is covid guidelines (mask required). When going inside, hardly any of the... guests wore a mask and none of the staff enforced this. I noticed in the kitchen at least one worker wearing her maskincorrectly (not covering the nose). It would be nice if all worked followed protocol for wearing masks, since it's a law inMecklenburg County right now. The sweet tea was delicious and refreshing. You must ask to get a lemon in it. I ordered thechef salad and substituted the mixed greens for spinach. I chose thousand island for my dressing. The salad looked great;however, it was a miss for flavor. Since this is attached to a mall, I left my 2 month old in a stroller. It was incrediblydifficult to find a good seat where I could keep the stroller open without blocking any paths. Read more
