My fiancé and I went here today for a quick little bite before we did some shopping. Right away, we were not impressed! The... cashier didn?t greet us for starters. When we finally decided what we wanted, I said ?hey! How are you?? No response on her end,just a eye brow raise and an annoyed energy. Whatever. What made us extremely disgusted was watching one of the associates throwshredded cheese in a bin to use with his BARE hands. NO gloves! Then the same guy continued to cut a pizza with no gloves again.Touching the crust. You would think to avoid breaking sanitation protocol and to avoid Covid exposure, they would have gloveson. I love this place but I am giving them 2 stars because of a GrubHub issue. I earned a perk discount with them after spending... $100 and when I tried to use that perk that I earned the store rejected my order every time or said they didn't receive it. Thishappened 3 times. I reported them to GrubHub. They have awesome strombolis and pizza, so definitely try if you are there. Justdon't order because of a perk because they will cancel on you every time. Read more

The pizza is awesome and the service is fantastic! The owner John is extremely friendly. We had a Build A Bear party in this... mall and ordered a few pies for the girls after. Shifty staff!!. This was my last visit to Sbarro Carolina Place Mall. My husband loves their Spaghetti, but never again. He... ordered a small Spaghetti and Tea. José said, we have discontinued selling Tea and you can't get a small Spaghetti. He toldhubby that he would have to order a Combo ( large Spaghetti, Slice or whatever and a large drink. ). Hubby can't drink sodas andthey no longer serve tea, he decided to go someplace else. José and his staff are horrible. It's all money for you Sbarro , sowhat difference does it make just to order a small Spaghetti for an adult or child. José told us that this was a corporatedecision about the Tea.
