I go here a lot because I work in the shopping center. I can?t name a time that I?ve had a good experience. This is the oldest... lettuce I have ever seen in my life. I?ve also seen other reviews about people feeling like no one acknowledges them as anAfrican American and I can assure that is 100% true. I?ve stood there for over 30 minutes waiting to just tell them that I ampicking up an online order and my smoothie just sitting in the fridge because they?d rather take other orders than ask if I?vebeen helped. I really like TSC but I?d much rather just go to the Ballantyne location or the fort mill location from here on outat least I feel valued. The bad service is one thing but the rotten ingredients are a serious issue. Read more

this location needs to change.. it was absolutely disgusting in there the trash over flowing the 2 girls at that front had there... friend there just hanging out in the front lobby just talking never going back to the location! i love tropical smoothie butthis location is horrible. the tables were so sticky that our wrappers were stuck to the table. the floors were disgusting aswell. but i will say this the food was good and the smoothies. please do better. I purchased a detox island smoothie today and I never had issues before today I went and started drinking my smoothie and notice... blonde hairs in my mouth drinking straight hair that is unacceptable and disgusting, I called the place to let them know theydidn?t answer the phone once. I would not recommend this location again, that?s not cool & they not busy at all to not answerthe phone when it?s like 4-5 ppl working in there & they ignored every call NEVER AGAIN! Read more
I went to pick up my order , keep in mind I?m an African American female . They wouldn?t open the door for me being that they... closed early , understandable. Another woman pulls up beside me to pick up her order. The lady who pulled up was Caucasian justas all 3 of the workers were. The lady walks to the door and knocks just as I did. One of the same workers who ignored me behindthe closed door, opened it for the lady and proceeded to answer her questions. I went back to the door and knocked again oncethey finished their conversation. The workers stood in the back of the store laughing and looking at me knock purposely ignoringme again . Finally after of few minutes of what seem to be them trying to taunt me , one of the workers walked to the door tosee what I need. I respectfully asked her what was the difference between the lady getting the same answer they could?ve givenme moments before . She didn?t have an answer ? The only answer I have is that they are all racist . Sadly this is the world welive in. So African Americans for the BEST service please do not order here . Read more
General manager always there giving great service and making fire smoothies. They were making 100 smoothies for an order the... other day, still had mine ready and on time. Only complaint would be that corporate needs to add the option to tip from themobile app. Read more
Wonderful experience at this location. The staff were incredibly friendly and had fun while working efficiently. I got the... Sunrise Sunset smoothie which was delicious and the perfect texture, not to much ice but not too much liquid either. The Peanutbutter banana flat bread is a great breakfast option, sweet without all the unnecessary calories. It was delicious to say theleast. The menu was very clear about what ingredients are used in each item so there's no confusions over what you are getting.My food and smoothie were ready really quickly. Would recommend to others! Smoothie has no taste. This location has got to do better.
