Let me start off by saying I do not leave reviews unless the experience is extremely great or bad. But in this case it was... beyond great. I love pizza. And Matt went above and beyond to make some amazing pizzas. He made sure everything was perfect andjust so. This place is clean and well kept. I would highly recommend goin to the lunch buffet. Ordered a pizza , told it would be 30 minutes. Shopped at Food City came back 20 minutes later. They have not even started... making it yet. The place is empty. They were kind enough to offer me a drink while I waited another 30 minutes. I refused andwent to Little Caesars, Let them keep the 14 dollars they look like they are going out of business soon. Waited for delivery for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Got a cold pizza obviously. Called twice while waiting after an hour. I was told... first time driver had left 10 minutes before and was told to deliver to me first. That didn't happen. Called again and said itwas the managers fault they only have one delivery driver. I told them to have him call me. Finally the driver showed up and Iexpressed vividly my disappointment and said I would probably never order from there again. Also, I again asked for the managerto call me. Needless to say several hours later I still haven't heard from anyone. This is a sad way to run a business. It's ashame I was treated this way. A phone call might have made a world of difference. Read more
