Completely dissatisfied and will not return to this location, which is sad since I live only 5 minutes from this specific... location. I ordered a one Breast Dinner and the breast was the size of a normal thigh and was tough and wasn?t even hot. Thefries seemed to have been sitting around and were tough and cold and extremely salty. Too much salt for my liking and I likesalty stuff. They now will not give you ONE sauce without charging extra. $0.43 cents to be exact. They also do not have anystrawberry jelly anymore. If they want to charge the high price they are charging for their food, they need to serve peoplebetter quality food. Not dog food. Read more

I ordered two Cajun chicken fillets. I wanted sauce with my fillets. I only asked for one sauce and I was told I would have to... be charged bc I didn't get tenders. Ummm, ok, how's a fillet any different from dipping a tender. I don't get your tenders bcthe breading is to hard for me to chew and now I can't have a sauce with my fillets. I come here and get two fillets all thetime and now I can't have sauce with them anymore without being charged bc they aren't tenders. Seriously. Maybe I don't wantyour fillets anymore bc your business is terrible. A fillet is just a bigger tender and easier for me to eat bc the breadingisn't so hard and I strip my fillet up and I dip it... I am the parts manager of a dealership, This day I was providing lunch for all my parts employees and the service department. I... placed the order in quite enough time to accommodate, order was to be picked up at 11:45. My driver pulls in to a line ofvehicles, waits in line for 30 minutes only to get to the window and find out that there was only one lady working that day, andshe informed him that there's no way she could complete the order for us! That's not only the worst part, They took my $82payment on the 18th with no issues, However, here we are into july and I have received no money back because the manager tellsme that she cannot provide me with a refund. Very disappointed with this location and I will not be returning. $82.00 is alot ofmoney now days that you can't just throw away with nothing in return but no communication. Read more
