We recently held a company appreciation dinner at the Ruddy Duck in Saint George's with the help of Michael Kelley (owner). It... was phenomenal, and I cannot say enough about not only how easy Michael made the planning, but how it was perfectlyorchestrated. His staff (even with all of the current shortages) is exceptional, the food was fantastic (we did a special menufor the event) and the location just made it all even more special. It was enjoyed by all, and Michael and his staff made usfeel welcome and appreciated. The food was a great variety and done very well. Delicious foods with great views. Nice restaurant. All the meals we ate were awesome!

Our first visit to the Ruddy Duck Seafood & Alehouse at Piney Point was nothing less than wonderful. Our timing was perfect to... catch a magnificent sunset. We had a warm welcome from Carlos, one of the owners, and amazing service from Alyssa, our server. Iguess we were being a little crabby as we had crab dip for an appetizer and crab cakes for dinner. There is no wonder why theircrab cakes continue to win awards. I don't know how they could have been more delicious. We look forward to a return visit soon! Read more

Beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy the view if you can get a seat, not a very large deck with maybe 8 tables. Waitstaff... was attentive and friendly, not a long wait for anything including the food to come out. Husband had rockfish bites and fishtacos which he liked both very much. I had the falafel wrap which was one of the only vegetarian options but was good, the frieswere delicious. Husband had a few beer, liked the Helles lager most. Read more

This is a national festival, we are very happy to dine here????, the environment is very good????, the taste of the dishes is... still online, but because there are too many guests, many details will be overlooked, such as the steak did not wait, and thereis a table of people We didn't have a meal together. The waiter worked very hard and kept running at high speed. Thank you! Wewent from entering the restaurant to finishing our meal as fast as 3 hours because the wait was as fast as 2 hours! Excellent service. Food was absolutely delicious. Prices are a bit high but food quality certainly meets the pricing. Excellent... location with excellent view right up the street from the Paul hall training area. The beer flight was diving. Same with thecrab dip. I can only wonder however why anyone would think that pineapples belong in coleslaw. Coleslaw has enough haters in theworld without doing something as questionable as that to it. I know I don?t stand alone in wondering about that. Otherwise keepup the excellent work and thanks for a delicious meal! Edit: went back again and the food was just still amazing. Excellent restaurant on St. George's Island in Saint Mary's County MD. Great view. Fantastic service (Sophia, our waitress... could not have been better). Craft beers on tap. Calamari appetizer was great. Not too much breading. Fried oysters weregood. Fried shrimp outstanding. And, get the upgrade to the duck fat fries!!! Highly recommended. Read more
