Horrible customer service.. flies all over the restaurant, including nasty counter tops.. what gets me the most about this place... is the dirty knife that?s used to cut the subs. I love eating at subway,the vegetables are always fresh.
So I ordered two sandwiches meals with cookies and an extra cookie for my daughter through the app. I get to subway to pick up... my food and there is no ice for the drinks. Get home, put my own ice in my drink. It?s disgusting and flat. Open my bag to findout they shorted me two cookies. Read more
My husband showed up 5 minutes prior to them closing and they locked the door as they saw him walk up. I?ve been sick and he... rushed out there to see if I could eat a sub. The tall BOY with black hair laughed and waved at my husband making fun of him. Last time for us! The manager is probably the laziest worker there. I don?t know what?s worse, the manager or the manager. Which ever one it is,... it needs to be solved quick. Truly disappointed someone like that is capable of having that position. Read more
