Steak was a Perfect Medium Well and the Dinks were NOT TOO STRONG ????????????????
With at least 25 tables available we were seated at a breezy cold table. The food had to be returned because it was cold and... then it was still cold the second time! The piece of Salmon served me was so small, 3 bites it was gone? Then it took about anhalf hour to get a waiter so we could pay the bill. It was the worse experience I've ever had. I went here with low expectations. And was still disappointed. I know it's Applebee's so I wouldn't expect much. The restaurant... wasn't really busy at all. Took over an hour and a half to get the food once it was ordered. Two of the plates which hadbroccoli and potatoes were both cold. The chicken quesadilla was okay. When we were finished eating asked for the bill. Which wehad to wait another 35 minutes to get. Read more
Food was good, although the server was almost non existent until the end of our meal. We ended up ordering our app on the table... top order machine, then our main dishes. Everything was delivered nicely, but from other workers. We left a smaller than normaltip, since we did most of her work for her. Read more
The food and service here is spectacular. Me and my girl ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and we both messed it up.... Our waitress michelle z was great, wasnt too overbearing and was quickly there when we needed her which made it a comfortableexperience. Not to mention when we got the food ( shortly after we ordered it ) it arrived on our table while still sizzling onthe skillet! Read more
Longgggggggg wait time and low staff on the weekends. I came here with my two children. The food pasta I ordered was dry, with... little to no sauce. Tasted like it was thinned out way to much and like it was mixed with sugar. I had to ask a few times forstraws and another kid coloring book to keep my daughter who is special needs happy. Which NEVER CAME. The only thing that wasdecent was the appetizer and drinks, as well as my sons pizza and fries. Which my daughter had to share with her brother. Because her food was bad!!! I really had high Hope's for this place and was told to visit for teacher appreciation week. NEVERAGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY. Read more
Our server Lisa was great very attentive, she made the whole experience a delightful one , unfortunately I can't express how... dessapointed I'm on the kitchen staff our Artichoke dip with chips and salsa came out in no time, but after that it went downthe hill, our food after those chips took more than one hour and a half to have it in our table, but our server Lisa was on it,she take good care of us like we were part of her family, thank you Ms Lisa. She made sure my daughter had something to eatduring that time as well my mom. Read more
In Pinole CA I went on a diet with the BF. We had a great time the waiter his name was Daniel Very cool guy he was a total... respectful and patient person cane at the right time and was asking us if everything was okay.
