I just ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich the picture shows lettuce tomato pickles and this is what I got I complained... about the quality to the window guy and his response is that's what you ordered. Went in to use a coupon, they didn't input it to the order. And then instead of refunding my account and setting the price... right. The old short grey haired woman opened the register and handed me a dollar seventy five... Not what the coupon was oreven close to what it should be. But instead of arguing with her I simply accepted the money and walked out... I USED to comehere all the time as a kid and it has gone down hill over the last 15 years. It's too expensive for the product and the factthey got me to come back in with the coupons only to not honor them is a small example of the failure of the store/company as awhole. Ordered cheese burger with no mayonnaise no mustard no ketchup. This was repeated 2 times by employee taking order. Burger had... ketchup based secret sauce when I took it back employee's ignored me for about 5 min. She then said it did not have ketchup onit when I said whatever the sauce is it has a ketchup base and I can not have it. Manager came out and said I can not talk thatway to her employees. She replaced burger with cold burger. This is 3rd time this has happened at this restaurant. I will notgo back. Read more

We have been getting 1/3 lb burgers from this Carl?s Jr. for years. Always GREAT . . . until last week. Usually Tall, tasty,... fresh burger in a box. Last week, our burgers came in paper, looked flat like it had been stepped on, and tasted like it hadbeen sitting out for an hour. HORRIBLE! I got exactly what I ordered and all the ketchup I requested. She told me to go in the parking up frontand she came right out.
