Went for my free veterans day pizza. Gal at cash register didn't even know they were running the promotion. Waited a long time... for pretty lousy pizza. Families with small kids seemed to be enjoying everything. Read more

Good morning , although it is very difficult for me to have to contact chuckecheese customer service for the first time ever for... multiple reasons this year I would have to share my experience this time because it was very hard for us. We went on 11/17/22for my daughters 4th and while we were barely getting situated there was a situation that out broke between a few employees, I?mpretty sure if the cameras are working you will be able to see the altercation I don?t think it?s at all appropriate for a childenvironment to have the language and that type of personal problems happen while children are present nevertheless during abirthday party that is supposed to be special. Aside from this very unpleasant experience my two children have been affectedwith a high fever and diarrhea a few days after having attended this particular chuckecheese. We constantly visit this companyall over the Bay Area but we felt like this time we?d like to try this location, all the machines handles were very filled withgrease upon touch. I?m not sure if it was from earlier that day but we specifically chose a time and day where we knew it wasnot going to be busy at all so that my children could enjoy the machines. And while it was not busy whatsoever there may havebeen around two more families in the entire facility, I don?t think that there was any sanitation nor any cleaning methods wereup to date on this specific time or day, or at least during our 3 hours visit resulting in my children being very sick. They?repediatrician suggests that this could have been from picking up bacteria from this visit. I?m just very upset that this specificvisit left us with such things and such a different experience than every single other time while visiting a chuckecheese. Ihope that by me sharing this experience this location will be able to work on a few things that are very critical to children?ssafety starting from physical altercation that could have ended horribly wrong in the presenc Read more

My son has been wanting to go to Chuck E Cheese the entire month of October. Because of the Halloween commercials advertising... Fun. I took him on Halloween. I must admit this place has had a make over. New games new decor. Very nice. Still reasonablypriced. My kid had fun and this was a lot safer than going out trick or treating. Read more

We had a party. The host lit the candles before the birthday girl was even at the table and started singing without letting any... one know the plan so we rushed into the song and didn't even get a chance to prepare first. Then they tried to cut the cakewithout us being ready. We had to tell them to please just leave the stuff and let us handle it becuse everything was so rushed.I understand being busy but people pay for an experience and they made it very rushed and akward. It would had been better ifthey just didn't assist and provided the stuff. There was a new girl assisting and she was very awkward standing over us, makingus hand her paper plates just to put at the end of the table, asking for random napkins on the table to throw away that we wereusing making us grab new ones. It was strange. I will say the hosts at all the other tables seemed fun and happy while ours werejust awkward rushed. On the other hand, the kids had fun and the 2 hours of unlimited play cards were really cool. Everythingaside from our hosts was good including the food. The music was popping lol. The atmosphere was really nice as I haven't beenhere in a long time. It's definitely upgraded from the past. Read more

It?s good only for weekdays NOT weekends. During weekdays is very good and kids can play easy. Everywhere is clean. Kids love to... be here. Kids can play sport like basketball or computer game . That?s very good place for birthday party. Kids also could getpoints when they play and then they can get some toys with their points. Read more

We don't come often, but my son loves it here. Def get the time instead of points. Points run out fast. Get the app and pay for... time at the register. Scan your receipt to earn points to unlock free stuff and deals on the app. Some machines don't work fromtime to home, but there's plenty to play on. It's clean and empty enough on the right days to enjoy without being swarmed byfamilies. They have a salad bar and you can buy treats and hot food. They have a gluten free pizza, but that tasted likegarbage, tbh. Worth it to come here for our son to have a happy time. Read more

Chucky Cheese has came a long way!! Gone are the animatronic characters and more fun arcade style games! Salad bar for adults,... pizza is good , I wouldn't recommend the cake bring your own! New offerings at this site are 3 flavors of dipping dots 5 or 6dollars or cotton candy. Lots of space and if you do birthdays they space the parties! Digital cards are the system now forgames and prizes instead of tickets and tokens. Its a good time! Read more
