Barista who took our order was nice but might have been high, he looked out of it. Our order never went through. After waiting... for 45 minutes and asking multiple time to hear responses like ?I?m working on it right now? we find out that our order isn?teven on the list. The website states the store opens at 5:00 am. When I visited this morning 3/1/22, the store sign stated it opens at 5:30... am. Since companies are on the internet and their hours are posted, employees need to make sure their posted hours are correct.Google emails company?s periodically to remind them. This is by far my favorite Pete's location in the East Bay. I usually stop by early mornings on the weekdays and the morning... shift crew are spot on. They always get your order right while working efficiently and greeting you with a smile! The regularpatrons love this place as well! The employees know their orders by heart. Read more
I usually go here and work in my laptop. Like any other Peet?s coffee, they have a good place and good food. It?s very... convenient since Walgreens, grocery market, Krispy Kreme, Subway and others are nearby. It?s very convenient and safe.
