This place is 5stars in GENERAL except for TODAY. Only rating 1star for today because the service was so dam slow. I waited 20... mins just to get my order in & then another 20mins just to get my 2 drinks that i ordered. SMH. Drinks and food are okay. Service is friendly but they always seem to be under staffed and wait times are long.
We came here to get some snacks on the way home. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. We ordered through... Door dash for pick up while we were out and on the way home. We ordered two Popcorn chicken, Jalapeno poppers and VegetableSamosa's. Drink's we got Blueberry slushy, Pina Colada Smoothie and Thai milk tea with coffee jelly (cold) The Popcorn chickenis so bomb! ???? We always order the popcorn chicken. Jalapeno Popper's we're yummy and the Vegetable Samosa's we're good.Samosa's just a little spicy for the kiddo. Would be good if some kind of chutney came with Samosa's. Read more
Individualized franchised shop. Drink ingredients and options are familiar but well made without powdering or... get-you-out-the-door chain taste. You have control of how much ice and sugar, which are nice options considering how sugary mostof the drinks are. This Quickly location is a nice change of pace and a treat from your usual beverage and snack shop. Read more
NASTY!!!! Popcorn chicken had after taste, Calamari was under cooked, egg puff was burnt and the inside was under cooked! Maybe... this review will make them better. I like quickly but i wont be coming back to this one.. Read more
This place is brand new and I believe they just had their grand opening. Small but with a few tables in the front and a couch... and TV on the side. The very large drink menu with lots of options combined with new employees equals longer than normalordering time. I ordered the special of the day drink, Jasmine/Green Milk tea with Boba ($1.99) and the popcorn chicken($5.69)and the chicken rice bowl($6.99) to see if they were like the "popcorn" Thai spicy fried chicken pieces I have had in thepast. The drink was very good and for the price was a steal. I thought both portions of the chicken were quite large and eithercould be shared. They were mildly spicy with a salt, pepper and black pepper seasoning. Very good if a bit on the mild side. Iwould like to see Chinese 5 spice powder as an option along with making it more spicy on demand. That would kick them up to thesame level or better than any other popcorn chicken out there. You either love or hate 5 spice powder but it adds so much flavorit should at least be an option. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and for $15.20 I thought the foodwas good and a great value. Looking forward to trying them in a week or so once they have settled in. Drinks were consistent with other quicklys? in the east bay which is good enough for a quicklys. Service was fine the night I... went during their soft opening phase, a little slow but give them time to work things out before a real opening. I thought theemployees handled a difficult customer well that night. Read more
Frustrating!!! Got home and found out we got the wrong order. Gas ain?t cheap. Gave them a call and was told to come back and... they will give us the right order. No apologies!! Wow. ???????????? Read more
