Horrible customer service!! I called to place an order over the phone and was immediately placed on hold! After being left on... hold for over 10 minutes I drove to the store while still on hold. Walked I to the store and there was none in line. I waked upto the counter and was met with and EXTREMELY rude employee by the name of Luna. I asked her if she forgot about the person onhold and she she tried to explain it away and asked what I wanted like my time ment nothing!! Horrible customer service andworking attitude!! Read more
As always, the sandwiches are so yummy. Have them as you like, we love them at this house, for lunch and for a dinner. The side... dishes are great too. I love the onion rings, so good, nice and sweet., the sweet potato fries are great as well. Read more

Try it yourself castro valley, Oakland, SF, Walnut Creek. Can't touchthis. Soft bread fresh the steak marinated steak fries super yum. Pinole has the best cheese steak!
