Good burgers at a good price. The customer service needs work and I always get an attitude when I come in and pick up my online... order and there's no ranch in the bag for my panko green beans even though I specifically ask for it. It's happened a few timeswith the same attitude. Read more
This was probably an off day, but two bad things occured the same day. While waiting for my order, I found the black iced tea... urn was empty. Next, when my burger was served, it was over-cooked until it was dry and tasteless. I could have gotten as bada meal at Burger King for half the price. This was a one-time happening. The food is decent, which is why I decided to give them another try, but WITHOUT fail, my order was wrong again! They need to... hire people who are able to follow simple written instructions for online orders! I asked to sub the bun on one of my fourburgers for Sourdough bread, wasn?t done. I also requested and paid to have two of the four patties subbed for ImpossiblePatties?you know simple options offered online and that wasn?t done either. Then I attempted to call and speak with a Managerand was told I would have to drive back to the restaurant and walk inside. The Habit, in my opinion, is one of the greatest burger chains in the US. I've been to quite a few locations, and this was my... first time at this one. My burger lived up to expectations indeed. It was nicely hot. Of course, there is no guarantee that yourburger will always be perfect, but at least I can say that this location absolutely has the ability to. The new limited timeOreo shake is also really good, better than the original three flavors by miles. It is smooth and easy to drink, and filled withplenty of Oreo bits. Abit addicting, admittedly. My recommendation is a Double Char with all the toppings, with a side of onionrings or sweet potato fries, plus the all important shake. Whether you want cheese on your burger is up to you, but I like myburgers without synthetic, heavy-tasting American cheese, please. Read more
They served me a sandwich with brown avocado, then tried to claim it was just oxidized. Oxidation is a result of bacteria... growth. I told them it's avocado and it's supposed to be green. I tried eating but just threw it away. Brown avocado isdisgusting, I don't know why anyone would serve that in a sandwich. Couldn't get my money back, they said there wasn't anythingwrong with their brown, oxidized avocado which is probably toxic. I didn't even know avocado was on the sandwich. I just getnothing but excuses there. Terrible experience cause by poor mentality. Will probably stop going to all Habit Burgers for it hasproven to be no different than any McDonald's, maybe worse.
