The fries are always hard and cold the ice cream/shake machine is always not working u can say what u want to order but if they... don't hear you thy will give you anything so check ? your bag an your frie before leaving plus they will pull u up to lane 2 anwait for 5minuts the food still be cold y'all need to do better I want my money back Read more
Customer service is non-existent at this store. No customers in the store when I entered. Several employees near the fry bin... noticed I was waiting to place an order, not one of them acknowledged my presence. I waited for several minutes nobody said aword but continued to laugh and giggle about something in drive thru. If anyone had merely said, " Someone will take your orderin a sec", I would have been fine. You want MY business? I wont be back ever!!! BK here I come!! Read more

This McDonald's is horrible. I spent most of the time at the intercom waiting for a greeting so that I could order. Then when... another customer approaches the second intercom they are able to order perfectly fine. Therefore I moved to the same intercomand had no luck! Same silence! When I went to the window I ordered and it was still incorrect! I told my kids they can never askme to stop at this location because it's always something! Read more
Terrible, unprofessional, and all together disgusting. I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong.... Waited at the window to let them know about the mistake, after letting them know they still gave me an incorrect order. So I hadto go in and get my order fixed.. they were all just standing around giving nasty looks to me until finally they corrected it.Food service is a stressful job, but there is no reason for them to act the way they did. I went to get breakfast for the family on Saturday. They got my order wrong in the drive thru. I went inside to get it fixed.... They did fox it for me, but the food was horrible. Sweet tea tasted bad so I looked in the cup, and it was nothing but sweetenedwater. Hash browns were completely saturated in grease to the point that I couldn't remove them from the wrappers. I went in stood in line about 5min while the kids were in the back talking and showing each other post on their phone. When they... took my order it took over 10min for the girl to come back to the front with now my cold double cheese burger and warm fries.I've have enough of the workers saying or calling the main office does nothing but slow them down even more.
