Definitely one of the best Subway restaurants I've ever been to, if not THE best! They're always friendly and fast, the bread... and cookies are always fresh, the bathroom and lobby are always clean, and the best part is they don't make you feel greedy ifyou ask for a couple of extra tomatoes, like the one does on Edward's Lake Road...lol. I actually drove out of my way today tocome to this specific location because the food and the service are SO much better than any another Subway location nearTrussville. Really horrible service. Workers don't cover the food with the protective cover letting flies & gnats get to the food. This was... also going on when COVID was really bad & i couldn't believe it, it really shocked me. So that's when i decided this storewasn't for me anymore. Went to this location about7:30pm. As soon as I walked in staff member Bri walked up to make my sandwich with a VERY UGLY... ATTITUDE . Bri?s attitude was so bad that I demanded someone else to make my sandwiches. I wish I could of left 0 stars. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!! Read more
Well managed, very polite, & clean. Didn't earn 4th star due to lack of breads and condiments on consistent basis. ????????
The food is amazing here but the problem is - customer service. When we went for a second time to this location there were only... two people working and one was heating up the bread and the other did everything else. It took around 45 minutes to get two subswith a huge line. Read more

I love this Subway. I go here a lot. The last time I went, I was very disappointed. There was a new guy, I had my coupon for a... foot long, he told me I could only use on two sandwiches from the menu, number 10 and 11. I never had that happen before. Itdidn't say that on the coupon. So I didn't get anything. Read more
