LOVE THE FOOD, HATE THE EXPERIENCE. The Big Black Girl with glasses that works the mic for the Menu during breakfast on 10/13/22... at 10:30AM, is always short with her responses, shows NO customer service skills whatsoever, and should not be the face of thissomewhat new establishment with such a low IQ and knowledge on how to speak and relay information to others. She also refused togive me Corporate?s number so that I could inform them that she needs The Boot. I spoke with a nice Area Director in the Pinsonarea and he promised to speak to the General Manager and resolve this so that it never occurs again. I would like to start by expressing the understanding that I am choosing to spend money at a cheap, fast food restaurant. I do... not expect a high end experience from any fast food ever. But there is a certain level of professionalism, customer curtesy andoutright common sense that s h o u l d exist in any service workplace. I have held my tongue and continually chosen to come tothis Taco Bell repeatedly as a late night option, my hours at work are long, it?s on the way home, and my pregnant girlfriend isoccasionally craving some tb. The staff is rude, usually asking to hold for 3 or 4 minutes at the drive thru. Tonight they werelaughing into the microphone and throwing things at each other while taking my order. At this point I should?ve known better. Iwas rushed while ordering and then when I went to leave my order was wrong. Missing twists, missing a burrito and there was achalupa in the bag that I didn?t order. No one was in line before or after me. Pure carelessness on their part. I?m not a personthat wants them to not have fun. Work has to be fun or it will be terrible but know the times to have fun and the times to doyour job. You accepted the job to do these duties. Reading a screen and making what?s on there isn?t that hard. Putting thestuff in front of you in a bag isn?t that hard. I will be going to the Taco Bell on 75 in pinson from now on. Always out of something.. Last 3 Times got Cinnamon Twists, they tasted Burnt. Today ordered Dorrito Taco and it was Cold and... smashed in pieces. Kid wanted Mango Freeze, Cant make them because of help..???? Read more
They don't sell half the items on their menu. EVEN THE ADVERTISEMENT ON THE WINDOWS AND GROUND SIGNS ARE DISCONTINUED. IDK if... this is all taco bell locations but this one needs better management Read more
Drive line, ordered drove up forgot drink order girl informed me that she can't add at window note no cars behind me. Told her... that was fine I could circle around and come back in drive line. I did and she asked me to hold for 15 mins before taking my teaorder. They where laughing so we could hear them talking about making us wait. No other cars in line. Read more
We love taco Bell. The employees were very nice to my family and I. The food was great and they made sure that they got my order... correct before leaving the store. They also have a order machine for you to get quicker services. It will save you time. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Lobby was closed early - went through the drive through and the tacos were assembled with the... least amount of ingredients possible. No ice for the drinks which we were not informed of when we ordered. Franchise owner needsto pay attention to this one. Read more
