The food and service was good. The big problem is this restaurant has roaches crawling on the bench infront of us. The owner or... the store manager needs to have a pest control program in place. Roaches can cause people to get sick from all the germs theycarry around. Read more
Tell your short brown hair young girl that walks past people and not even acknowledge their existence to do better if she... doesn?t want to work then she needs to clock out and take it to the house. Didn?t take a drink order walked passed several timesdidn?t even look at us and say I?ll be with you when I can. That makes all the difference. Just go home if it?s that bad. Sheneeds to be fired quite frankly. We were pretty much denied service for no reason. I didn?t even see her name because she neverstopped. I?ve worked in restaurant management for years and that is unacceptable. I?d notice that as a manager and have herclock out. Read more
Worst customer service you?ll see. Walk in to order take out? they don?t acknowledge you. Then they will take someone in front... of you. Food is fine, but getting them to take your order is a shot in the dark. If anyone else tells you different than theyare not telling the truth or they are a regular and have zero to do but eat here everyday. And they won?t answer the phone whereyou could put an order in. The food is decent. Typical breakfast items usually I go early in the morning after work since I work 3rd shift and it's empty.... Tried to stop in last night and the parking lot was full of cars and someone mentioned something about a reddit laser like wouldbe attached to a gun so I got back in the van and left. Read more

We left the restaurant across the street after being neglected half an hour last night! Our waitress at Waffle House, Pinson, AL... was AMAZING! Greeted as soon as we made it in the door! We barely got seated when she brought our drinks! Hubby, 2 grands, and Isaid Waffle House was the best part of our day! Our waitress gave excellent service! Read more
We were in there tonight between 7 and 8 pm, just my daughter and I. They only had maybe 8 people total and 2 were waiting on... takeout. There were oy two waitresses and the wonderful cook! We weren't given menus and the brown haired lady had a crummyattitude. We waited at least five minutes to be acknowledged, and the brown haired lady just said what would you like. The othergirl brought us drinks and silverware after I asked her to wipe the nasty table off please again. She was apparently new, didn'tknow if they serve milk in cups or bottles, but she was nice enough. When we got our food, it was wonderful, and the cookchecked on us throughout our meal. The waitresses didn't. My daughter ran out of milk and they stayed at the other end of thestore and didn't even ask if she wanted more. Mind you, her milk was empty by the time we received our food. Even when the storewas empty except for us,the cook was still the only one asking if we were good, and gave my daughter 2 extra pieces of bacon.,so he didn't have to throw it away. He was kind, and the only one who seemed to care and was in a good mood. The waitresses wereslow, disinterested, and looked and acted truly unhappy to be there. Read more
Waitress nice, Cook nice while at 2am because my kid wanted Waffle House.. So much more Peaceful at that early.. Thankyou peeps.
