If it wasn't for our very friendly waitress, I wouldn't have anything positive to say. The food had no flavor and it was barely... warm. We decided to try this restaurant out tonight after realizing that our favorite Mexican restaurant was closed tonight. The... service was so bad. 4 of the servers(including our waitress) sat at a table 2 tables over from ours(we could see them),they sat,laughed, read their phones, and ate their dinners while missing several items we ordered, never gave us refills, brought ourmeals out at different times, and never checked on us. One waitress came over (not acknowledging us) turned the TV up beside usto an extremely loud music video and we couldn?t ever hear each other talk.(we were the only ones in there). We are pretty surethey did this so they could have a good time. The experience was not enjoyable and just plain weird. This place was a one anddone for us. Went to the old location frequently and had great service. I have been to the new location 3 times and service has been terrible... with this last time we went for lunch about 11:30. The two each got only an order of tacos. 30 minutes go by. The group of 4that came after us got their food. Finally realize our waitress is at the table across from us eating chicken wings with herhands and going in and out of the kitchen! We were told by another waitress it was coming but it was a big order. Needless tosay we left without ever getting our food and will not be back. Read more
