When I arrived there was a sign saying they are out of white rice for the rest of the night (615pm) and as I was walking in they... were putting up a sign they're closed until 730pm and will reopen then.....all because they want to go out and smoke..this placehas been steadily nose diving for a while. What is the point of a manager if they can?t manage a store because smoking cigarettes and ignoring buying customers is more... important. Closing early to sit and smoke cigarettes is very unprofessional. Employee didn?t even know what was going on andwouldn?t act without the ?manager? who was too busy to be bothered to do her job. This is the 2nd night in a row That I tried to get food here. The 1st night they had a sign on the door that they closed at 9 PM... I was there at 8:30 and the doors were locked. Come back tonight about 8:45pm. There was a couple people standing outsidecalling the store on their phone. One of the workers said they closed at 9 and when she mentioned we were outside He said he hadto talk to his manager which was out in the car smoking. She said they ran out of chicken and steak And they were about toclose anyway so she locked the door. I mean they still Serve more than chicken and steak. Rude employees. Asked several times to cancel my order before they started making it it was already paid for . Then they... started making it and said they can't cancel it ., 04/13/2022, this is the skimpiest 10$ burrito I ever seen , also had todrive back to get them to do my order correctly. Piqua needs a chipotle desperately,, this is my door dash order. It arrivedopened in a plastic bag on the floor. I regret getting anything from this place. We had burrito bowls this evening and they were good. I noticed a bit less in the bowls than before but we were full after... eating. I did want to mention one young man named Trent. He was working the register and was very pleasant to us. He even cameout to our table and asked if our food was good and if we needed anything else. There was also a lady working behind thecounter. She came out into the dining area to help a little girl work the soda machine. I felt compelled to report thesepositive experiences as all businesses are suffering from lack of staffing and patrons are not always pleasant to the workerspresent. Read more
So overall the experience was well however I have come to realize that the Piqua location is a little bit more expensive than... the Troy and tipp City location, pick my location is about 50 to 75 cents more than what the Troy and tipp City location is soon Tuesdays you can get two burritos or two bowls for $14.99 when in Piqua it's $15.99, I don't know if this is because it'sindependently owned or what or if the other ones are independently owned I'm not sure queso is a dollar extra and the Troy andtipp City location $1.50 more in the pic with location if anybody knows the answer to this please reach out and let me know. So sad I was in the store last week and a worker had came in for her shift she has blue hair and started yelling and screaming... at a blonde head girl looked super nice I believe was the store manger she did not once yell back or do anything wrong to herbut she took the girl yelling at her and walked out to her car as I was leaving I was looking around she was still sitting inher car looked really upset maybe crying but I just want to tell her that she was amazing and doing the best she can, but Ididn?t. anyway I have not seen her back working but I still she the girl with blue hair. So sad that she was able to yell at herlike that in front of customers and crew saying she needs to do better at her job and stop letting people call off. but yetstill got to keep her job??.. also saw this post maybe instead of being on your phones you should clean your store up Read more
