Extremely disorganized drive through on a consistent basis. If you don't have an extra 20min in your schedule, don't go to this... location. You guarantee yourself to be late. Save yourself time and go to the location by 75. Even if it's 5 more min out of theway you will still save yourself 10min overall. Today was the LAST time I will go to this location. Saw Assistant Manager Nate cuss out and threaten a doordasher who waited over 10 minutes for an order, in front of minors and... customers. Very unprofessional. He doesn't know what he is doing as "Assistant Manager". He handled the situation all wrong. Heshould work in the back with food or dishes, not with customers, or get a new job, because his position has gone to his head. Read more
Why do you have to pull over and wait for your food EVERYTIME??? Their were so many cars in spaces today they were running out... of spaces. I can see sometimes..but every time!! No matter what time off day. Get your stuff together Scott family!!! Read more
Working in fast food for 10+ years I try really hard not to complain, but this is the worst McDonalds. It's by far the slowest.... 20+ minute wait for three cars in line at the end of dinner rush consistently. They give you half of any fry you order. Our kidsmeals had 5 fries in them, not an exaggeration. The window didn't hear a sweet tea that we had ordered. No big deal, ithappens. We went to ask and add it on at the second window, and was told "yeah looks like it was missed, thank you." Then hadthe window closed on us. Then went back to bagging the next order. Came back to the window, asked what we needed, said just thetea, handed our card to pay, then was told yeah you can pay for it. Then we got our tea. Save the hassle. Go to the Mexicanrestaurant next to it and get faster, friendlier, and more accurate service. Read more
This is what happened when I ordered a large fry, none were spilt in the bag. Definitely the worse McDonald?s in Piqua. Go to... the one by the mall. Also management is rude to their staff especially the minors. Read more
Hey there guys: This is how a McRib sandwich is to actually look, yeah I know I?ve made several of them as a former employee of... a McDonald?s franchise. What I received on 4 McRibs I ordered online, and picked up in the drive thru looked nothing like this.The sandwiches I received from this store actually looked like you had the bbq sauce on quarantine, or in a little squirt bottleof there was even any at all put on my sandwiches. It tasted like I was eating a plain pork patty with onions and pickles thrownon it, I?m sorry but I will not return to this restaurant even when I work right across the street, I?ll find someone who canmake sandwich the right way. I was totally disappointed with the order, and oh yeah every customer gets a chance to commentabout their service they received, except those who order online. So I posted my disgust on here. Ordered 2 Bacon cheeseburgers, Mcdouble, and a small fry. Ended up with 3 Mcdoubles. Patties were old and lined up on the bun... like a venn diagram. Read more
