A friend got me Pizza Hut .There food is so good !
Went to eat with my dad. It took someone seeing us to come and take our order even though there was a bell on the door witch... rung when we came in women taking our order seemed nice. A little while later we got our food and started eating, in the middleof eating our food we hear them cussing in the back not just once but went on to say something along the lines of. i have always loved pizza hut wings? i always get mine extra wet and w ranch? for some reason they changed their website and i... am unable to order ranch or extra wet? ok so i have to call my orders in, big deal? tonight, we have all the kids home? i placethe biggest order of wings that i have ever ordered? $100 worth of wings? i specifically ask for extra wet and lots of ranch?notonce, not twice, but def 3 times asking for ranch? wings show up in a timely manner and no ranch? so i call back and the storehangs up on me?. i call again and it goes directly to the store and the manager answers? i explain the situation and she claimedthat she was well aware of my order and asked how much ranch i wanted? w such an irritation in her voice and did not offer meany compensation considering my wings would be cold by the time my order of ranch got to me?. after working in the restaurantindustry for many many years double checking a togo order is second nature? especially from a manager!! I am editing this review after my service today! I order here often because it is my favorite restaurant. I ordered wings and a... pizza today. I got my pizza but NO wings. When asked where the wings were, the delivery driver said, "They will come on aseparate delivery because we are backed up" Why come at all with half my order then, why not wait til the wings were done andcome later? and I have tried calling the store 3 times now and not getting through to an employee but only to get hung up on!! Iam a patient person and you could have respectfully told me what time my wings would arrive or at least offer me a refund forthem! Read more
Placed a large order and was missing an order of wings, so I called the restaurant and of course no one answers. I then called... the customer service number, they assured me that I'd hear from the restaurant within three days. Well here it is two weekslater and nothing.
