Ordered a number 9 combo. Sat at the window waiting for over 10 minutes, happened to look at the receipt and instead of the... combo price they charged me individually for each item! I called it to their attention and they said they would have to ring itup again and charge my credit card again! I cancelled the whole order and went elsewhere! Horrible service! Read more

We waited in line for quite a while before we even got to order, then waited longer for the order the person who was cooking was... filling up big drink cups full of fresh fries, and we barely got our small fries filled. The big Buford's we're on point, andthe fish sandwiches should have been made fresh for as long as we we waited. I love Rally?s and drive 20 mins out of my way to eat here. Walked up to the window because I was in a large box truck and... couldn?t go through the drive thrust waited there for 5 mins. The employee looked right at me and didn?t acknowledge we werethere. It started raining and waited another minute and still no one came to the window. I guess the people in a car goingthrough the drive thru are more important than those who get out of their vehicles and walk up. I wasn?t asking for immediateservice but after 6 mins of waiting can I at least get someone to come to the window and say they?ll be right with me instead ofstaring at me and doing nothing. The one in Richmond completely shut down, the service sucked anyway. We go to the one over in Piqua and we love it! Usually not... enough help to actually run it but they do their best! Please keep up the good work! Read more
Food was ok, staff was nice. The drive-thru ordering method is not user friendly.
