The Piqua Ohio Taco Bell employees do an excellent job. The tacos always taste better at this location. The restaurant is always... clean. The employees are always friendly. And the decor is very colorful in a soothing way. I prefer to go to this locationbecause it is always a consistently nice experience. I'm a little confused. I stoped by the Piqua Ohio Taco Bell once inSeptember of 2022 and last Saturday October 8th 2022 around noon and both times all of the doors that would let you into thedining room were locked. There were tons of cars in the Drive-Thru but I don't like going to drive thrus so I just gave up andwalked next door to a different restaurant and ate there. But I don't understand why the doors to the dining room of the TacoBell in Piqua would be locked on a Saturday during a peak time like lunch rush. There were no signs on the front doors to saywhy they were closed. I hope somebody fixes this cuz I like their food. Read more
Placed my order online and went through the drive through to check in and get it. The girl on the speaker had a huge attitude... and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. At the window she was just short of throwing my bag to me. I asked if this waseverything cause there were a couple peoples food I was getting. She said "what do you think" and slammed the window shut. Thisis how my bag looks....... this used to be a good place but the service is TERRIBLE now. Needs to turn the lights of in the drive through when closed. I just showed up to a fully light up building to sitting an wait... for 5 mins waiting for someone to say something. Read more

Worst taco bell order we've had. Smashed food missing items and bs customer service.
Closed at 12. Arrived 20 minutes prior. I was the 3rd car in a fast line and no one else was behind me and they decided to close... early due to "short staffing" yet the location had the same amount of staff before the statement was made. I will never eat atthis location or restaurant again. Read more
Went thru drive thru. Ordered 3 cheese fries and 2 nachos and 2 tacos. Got home and had barely any cheese in the cups. Took it... back. Ask for replacement and manager argued with me saying that's all that comes in the cheese cups and that's half full. Idont see half full but ok. Then only wanted to replace 3 cups instead of all 5.
