I honestly never post reviews but my experience was so bad that I felt the need to do so. I already feel anxiety when ordering... anything, and tonight I mustered up the courage to ask for if a modification was possible. I went to this Mcdonald?s tonight andsimply asked if they can substitute the beef pattie?s with chicken for the big mac (I saw a tiktok trend of this + felt excitedbecause I don?t eat beef). The lady who was working the drive thru snapped and shouted ?NO THATS NOT POSSIBLE?. Stunned by howrude she was, I stayed silent for a few and asked for more time. When I was ready, I said ?Okay I?m ready? and she shouted ?DOYOU WANT THE BIG MAC OR NOT?!?. I started to shake because I don?t know why she was in such a bad mood. I legit left the drivethru and drove away because I honestly did not understand why she was so angry? I really do NOT recommend this McDonalds!!!***And if anyone is interested, I went to the Mcdonald?s in DURHAM RD + they were SOOO much kinder! They actually also offeredthe modification and I was able to enjoy my meal from a much better Mcdonalds. Read more
The woman who hands out orders at the window during lunchtime on weekdays is one of the sweetest people I've experienced at a... fast food restaurant. The rest of the staff is also professional. The store is clean. The drive thru times are always fast.Inside wait times can be longer. They often add cheese when I ask for no cheese. Read more
One of the better Mcd's locations I've been to. Service is fast, drive through is managed well. My order is almost always served... fresh and correctly with everything I ordered. Coffee is fresh and brewed well. Iced teas are cold and well brewed also. Iusually just go for breakfast which never disappoints. Hash browns are hot and crispy. Eggs are never overcooked and thebiscuits and mcmuffins are done well too. Read more
Very nice friendly staff. Quick service but i asked for a watermelon slush tgat was too grainy from the ice chunks and hot... fries, that were not fresh but were re-fried, hot and limp. I was hungry but could only eat a few to stave off my appetite andthrew half of the small bag out. Read more

Friendly service. They are trying their best to manage the volume while maintaining social distancing. The food is typical... McDonald's... You know what to expect. I usually get the fish filet and it's been the same Everytime. The employees are friendlyand pleasant when they talk to you and take your order. The wait times can be a bit long based on time you go. Otherwise it's anoverall pleasant experience. Read more
Don?t even bother going here past 11, they never have anything. Why stay open until 1 AM if you stop making food like 2 hours... before closing? And the employees are rude. Read more
