I'm a Lil tight about my order tonight. I placed an order on line maybe about after 15 to 20 min I went inside they said my... order was being delayed there was barely anyone inside I don't know how many to go orders they had but the food was terrible itssoup and salad. They messed my sister's salad up didn't even have half of the items in there my French onion soup was so thickit was chucky like there was beef GRAVYYYY added in. What I'm really upset about my meal came out to $50 for me to fix up my ownsalads & soups. Plus you might want to have a better supervision over your night staff the playing around shows in the deliveryof your food hence the reason of this review probably won't be back at that location. Ordered a Napa chicken sandwich to go. Went to eat it and it had a lipstick stain on the top. Like someone had wiped their glove... against their mouth and then made the sandwich. Super gross. I called to get a refund, they were super apologetic but theycouldn't so now I'm getting coupons Read more
The food is dependable Panera but over the past few weeks have had to consistently wait longer than the typical 10~15 mins and... most times the order wasn't on the take-out shelf; so felt short of a five stars rating. Read more
Service is kind of slow. Coffee is a hit or miss and temp may not be hot out of the coffee dispenser. Soda is usually off either... with the sweetness and/or carbonation. Today is was slightly very sweet. Good value deal with the tomato soup and grilledcheese sandwich. Read more
