Ambiance is always fun there thats why my rating is not lower. Also service is good and fast. However when it comes to the food... , from the time they opened until now the quality is not great. I took my mom there who was visiting from Mexico and wantedMexican food and drinks. Drinks taste like juice or syrup and food was bad that i got grossed out and no body finished theirdinner. My company had their team building event at T&T and we had such a great time! We did a paint and sip with @prettycraftyJo and ... it was so much fun! The Sangria was excellent and We ordered the taco buffet and it was delicious! Mandy and the rest of thestaff were friendly and attentive. I have to be fair to the staff, they are great. Service is fast and the restaurant is clean. However the food is pretty awful,... my food came out half raw and burnt on the outside, at that point I figured that was a good representation of what else wasgoing to come out so I just didn't eat. I bought a chicken burrito on 8/23. The burrito was so dry and flavorless I could not believe. I have had burritos from all... types of establishments that serve Mexican food. The rice is as dry and flavorless. The chicken was also flavorless. The burritowas supposed to have cheese and there was none. This was my first and last encounter with this company. I recently ate here and noticed cajun/creole food was added to the menu. My family is from the south and Gumbo is my favorite.... The "chicken soup" with ocra slices was ok but it didn't resemble Gumbo, at all! I also ordered the ettouffe and the serverbrought me jambalaya instead. When I told him it looked like jambalaya and wasn't ettouffe, he seemed confused. Another serverthen assisted with getting me my ettouffe. When that came out, it barely had andoulli sausage, it didn't have that creoleflavor and it wasn't stewed with that delicious creole gravy. The server had no idea what I was talking about considering, hedidn't seem knowledgeable about the menu or what the food was supposed to look like.
