We came to celebrate 2 birthdays. Sat out on the patio and listened to the amazing live music. Super relaxing tunes, beautiful... sea glass type firepits going, gorgeous day and excellent food. It is always very busy on weekends so we had to valet park butother than that... no complaints! Nice staff and fairly fast service. Options available to modify for dietary restrictions andthe salads are awesome! Brought our toddler and the staff were very sweet and accommodating in that regard. Read more

Really enjoyed it here! We started out with the calamari and cheeseboard. Both good. Presentation on the cheeseboard was nice as... well. My husband ordered the surf and turf and I ordered the pork osso bucco. My pork was nice and tender and my husbands steakwas cooked perfectly. I love the way the restaurant looks inside. Great experience. Especially on a 74 degree non-busy Tuesday. Fish tacos were very good. Avocado chop salad was light on avocado... but tasty. Good service, good beer selection, tangerine ale fit the moment. Ocean views, what more could you want? Read more
We stayed at the Cliff and Spa resort in Pismo Beach and wanted to try out the hotel restaurant for lunch. It turned out to be a... great choice to have lunch at the Marisol. The restaurant sits on top of a cliff right above the ocean. All outdoor seatings aregreeted with a great view of the ocean and a nice breeze. Despite the scorching summer heat, the outdoor dining was verypleasant. The foods are above average. This restaurant is very popular with tourists and locals alike. Most of the time, therestaurant is full. When we had our lunch here at around 2pm, the place was still packed. We had a perfect table right on theedge of the patio with a 180 degree view of the ocean. Our server was very nice and helped us select some delicious lunch. Thecalamari for the appetizer was fantastic. The sweet and sour sauce was a delightful compliment to the fried Calamari. As forthe food, both of our grilled peach burrata and clam chowder soup were delectable. The grilled peach went well with the burratacheese for the summer. The clam chowder was awesome as Pismo Beach is know for its clam chowders. For people that are visitingPismo Beach, Marisol is definitely a good choice to have a meal and enjoy the ocean view especially during the sunset hour. Read more
My son-in-law recommended that we stop by Marisol?s for a drink. From the moment we walked in, to the service from our waiter... was first class. I had the Sunset Margarita and was one of the best margaritas I?ve ever had. We just had drinks this time butnext time we will be having dinner here. The sunset view was amazing!!
