Don't eat sandwiches or wraps here as the quality of those is terrible. My butter chicken wrap had uncooked rice and about an... ounce of water poured out as I bit into it. The cranberry sandwich was terrible too, one slice of meat and tasteless. I'm notsure if it was the til persons first day but the service was slow and awkward. Came here for a coffee at 5:50pm. I walked up to the door to find it locked and two employees inside. Both just looked at me... with a blank stare when I pulled the door handle and I gestured to my watch. Locked doors 10 minutes before your posted closingtime? Seriously? I'll give them one thing. They are consistent. Consistent at terrible service. Every time I order a latte, the barista serves... everyone else in line before making my drink. I talked to her about it the first time and she snapped back at me saying that shedidn't want to make it before helping the others because she would have to wash her hands before making my drink. I spoke withhead office who sent me a gift card as an apology. The store owner/manager didn't get in touch with me about it. Reluctantly, Idecide to come back and use the gift card. I've been twice and each time she does the exact same thing. She helps the whole lineof people giving them their drinks and food first because it was just a coffee and warming up food. Meanwhile I have to wait 10minutes for a drink! Its so enraging. My gift card is now done and I'll never come back. Even tho Blenz is walking distance frommy house, I'd rather drive to Starbucks to get good service. Read more
