Reviews for Kisoji Japanese Kitchen in Pitt Meadows, BC
We came here for my sisters birthday a little while ago and enjoyed a wide variety of food from their menu. The food was fresh... and delicious. Service was also timely and attentive. We would definitely come back to try some more of their offerings Read more
My brother took me out for dinner. We had the sashimi platter, wagyu uni truffle sushi, seafood and scallop inari, tuna shot... and I couple of other sushi. Since we were having some beers, I was craving for softshell crabs. Though it wasn?t on the menu, they went out of the way to make it for us which turned out to be the best softshell crab I?ve ever had. Our server, Ai cateredto everything to make our dinner satisfying including the platter from Japan that I really liked and my brother bought for meeven though it wasn?t for sale. Everyone else who brought our food were all super friendly and accommodating. This is now ournew place for Japanese food, we would love to share a saki with Ai next time. Thank you for a birthday sorbet and for amemorable dinner. Read more
We love Kisoji! The staff are always very attentive and the sushi is tasty. Super fresh sashimi and fun things to try.
We came here after hearing great recommendations from our relative. Kisoji does not disappoint! The restaurant is very clean and... friendly. We ordered few lunch combos. The combos have lots of variations at an amazing price! The quality of raw fish is verygood! We enjoy our meal a lot. The only complain is the tea is quite weak, and there is a small fee. We will def come back again Read more
The presentation of the sushi was really nice. My boys really enjoyed the sushi and miso soup. The staff were very friendly.
So far the best Japanese restaurant in the Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge area! Interesting menu with some different dishes.... Everything we had was very good. Read more
The food was disappointing given it scores 4.6 on Google. Not sure if we ordered the wrong thing or what. We ordered the lunch... bento. First, the four pieces of sashimi were still frozen in the middle. Second, the grilled miso salmon was bland. Third, thesteamed rice was dry and non sticky. The only positive things were the service and the spaciousness of the place. Read more
Recommend beef tataki or any of the sushi. All of their dishes are very unique and authentically Japanese. The food absolutely... deserved 5 stars in terms of quality, no doubts about it. The dishes are somewhat smaller than other Japanese restaurants, butoverall it wasn't too expensive. BTW, they served blue fin tuna on the day when I visited, definitely worth trying out. Read more
