Always double check your order and what's in your bag before you leave. I've ordered the exact same thing previously from this... location and I had no issues. This time around, they didn't me give a fork or even ask if I needed a fork for the poutine Iordered. The food quality appears to be a hit or miss as well. This time around the food was cold and stale even though boththe drive thru and dine in area was busy. Read more

*For the 2nd time Dinning/Ordering inside* STOOD FOR OVER 12 MINUTES WITHOUT EVEN BEING ACKNOWLEDGED BY STAFF Made eye contact... with 3 employees- one being a manager* (manager looked up and saw me a few times - no requests to coworkers to come assistme) Only taking care of drive through. Loads of McDonald's workers; no proper directions, no acknowledgement to the customers toeven apologize about the wait, some on their phone, some looking around not knowing what to do, some slowly making a drink or 2,a manager running around flustered not coping. We like the food and seniors coffee. The issue is front counter waiting for someone. There's only one person who gives the... table tracker for dine in. No one else seems to know how it works. I have tried the kiosk and say dine in option, unfortunately these are only available at the front counter so you can't put in the number required. Every order is beingprocessed as a take out. The customer in front of me today left, tired of waiting for someone to take his order. He wasgoing to be paying with cash. Not good for customer service. All of the staff are friendly just more training andacknowledgment for customers who are needing to pay with cash that someone will be with them shortly. That will go a long way. Read more

Almost forgot to post this, but I think I need to. We decided to do a drive-through at this McDonald's cuz it was somewhat on... the way home and we wanted to grab breakfast that was quick. Well....it wasn't quick alright. We ordered a sausage 'n eggbagel, chicken McMuffin, and 2 hashbrowns. Apparently they needed more time to toast the bagel, so they told us to pull forwardand wait at waiting slot#1. Almost 10mins later someone came out with our order. Once we opened our order at home, you canclearly see that they burnt the bagel. Or maybe it is how they do it at McDonald's? I never had their bagel before butdefinitely wouldn't order it again. One burger, nothing else. No drinks, no fries no nothing. Took almost 10 minutes to get. No one apologized or told me there'd be... a wait, they were all standing around while a lone worker did all the kitchen work. Store was dirty and all you could smell atthe ordering kiosk was the bathrooms. F Read more

Completely unprepared, unprofessional, the children and believe me I use that term loosely, stood by and did nothing. One of... the "workers" keep erasing orders before even getting to the orders. There were no less than 6 unclaimed drink orders including2 what was supposed to be hot coffees now cold, because numbers were never claimed or called. Several people ahead of me hadbeen waiting 20-30 minutes for their order and one gentleman still hadn't recieved a thing: three happy meals. A number ofpeople behind the counter were not in uniform and were more concerned about talking about their lives and standing with theirhands in their pockets or hugging or even better complaining that their co-workers 'dipped' out. It took 10 or so minutes forsomeone to even take my order and even then I was rudely almost over charged, then I was told they didn't have my drink and whenI asked if I wanted strawberry banana, I ended up finding out that they put mango-pinapple mix in it (of which I am allergictoo, and I had a mild reaction and gave the drink to my boyfriend). I am unimpressed with the location, the staff, and itseemed like that manager if there was one there NO desire to be a manager that day and lead. The team that day when I went inaround 1pm should be fired, replaced, new management staff and to get that location back in line. If the people there don'twant to work and think it's a free ride and they can have the huge line ups inside for food and the drive through from what myboyfriend told me being as equally bad. I have found mistakes with food orders have improved. The wait time has also improved however during peek times there may be a... wait... obviously... overall this location has stepped up and is getting better Read more
