I wanted a 14 inch to see how much I could handle but no u gave me a 12 inch
My food was soggy and steak was cold even though I asked for toasted.
Not sure how this location keeps its doors open !! I've been going here for 10 years and only had a few occasions were I left... satisfied. I literally have to stand there for 10 mins EVERYTIME asking for more and more and more vegetable portions as theyfight you tooth and nail to avoid putting on the amount you want, hoping that you eventually give up and they get therevegetable saving bonus. **Update** 09/10/22 Soo went to this location today hoping that since it had been quite a while since i last visited this... location due to various issues I encounter every time I go here. I had a coupon to purchase a rice wrap and drink and receive2nd for $1 I told the girl I wanted 2 rice wraps as I read it off the coupon. So the girl pulls out 2 'regular' wraps. I hadknow idea they had various kinds of wraps now, , otherwise I would have corrected her. So after encountering numerous problemswith her getting huffy and impatient with me as I kept asking for extra portions of the vegetables.(as they have always beensuper stingy with their portion sizes) I get to the till and hand her the coupon which she refuses to honour due to the wrapsnot being "rice wraps" even though that's what I ordered and explained that to her, she still refused to honour the coupon.Demanding that i pay full price. Soo instead of arguing any longer with her and holding up the other customers, I left my orderand walked out. I went to the Subway on 205th, ordered the exact same thing and as ALWAYS never encounter a problem. Not surewhy the Harris Rd location has such a problem with hiring Horrible staff time after time, after time !! ***** Twice in the lastmonth i have gone to this subway and the trainee staff have had a very hard time speaking or understanding english. On the firstoccasion another staff member had to come translate in their language what the customer was asking for starting with the bread ,then vegetables, then dressings then the till ! The other night i went there and ordered a sandwich and at the till i triedasking a new trainee about the high price of my purchase and the trainee mumbled something in some sort of broken english thenhanded me my sandwich and walked away. I think i will be visiting the subway on 205th st from now on, went to the 205th locationtonight and the staff there had no problems speaking and understanding me. Read more
I ordered a online order yesterday and I picked it up and I received a totally different order then what I ordered I tried to... call the store to resolve this issue but there?s no way to get ahold of anyone. I had no way to get there to get a remake of mysandwich. a Turkey breast sandwich with Italian herbs and cheese Canadian cheddar lettuce pickles cucumbers green peppers (nosauce) I received a white bread with Turkey bacon lettuce and lots of mayo. Good food. Good service. One tip : let them know you will pay tips. They will give you much more ingredients.
An overall clean and welcoming place. It's got that all too familiar smell of sub bread that wafts to the outdoors, just pulling... you in. Everyone I've ever met working here has been friendly. I sometimes come with my dog so I can sit at a table outside(another nice feature cause that seems to be something becoming more and more scarce in Pitt) and eat with him and they alwaysask me questions about him so it's really homey. The place really tends to suck in sound so you sometimes really gotta speak upto talk to your sandwich artist but other than that it's a solid place. Read more
