This is my favorite location. Great manager. This location is the only one that still serves the brown gravy on their potatoes.... Ty. One complaint. The manager told me to put gravy on my rice. Wow. So good now I think I have put about 5 pounds on because Ikeep craving it. Such good food. And I love the gravy on the rice. Great suggestion. Read more

We came in this morning after the storm to get breakfast. Our power has been out since 3 yesterday afternoon. The drive thru... line was super long and the parking lot full. I expected a longer than normal wait since they were packed. I was wrong! Thestaff did an amazing job handling the long lines, inside and outside. Everyone was cheerful and friendly despite the number orpeople and orders. Our food came out quick and was hot and delicious! Thanks Bojangles for rising to the occasion and beingawesome in the middle of the chaos after the storm. Read more

I wish all Bojangles was as fast and as thorough as this one in Pittsboro. I don't mind driving 40 minutes because I know I can... get in and out quickly. The one in Mebane NC is the slowest place to eat. In Mebane NC be ready to wait 20-30 minutes Read more

Unfortunately, there is not much good to say about my visit here. I went through the drive-thru and it started with the order... taker explaining why he couldn?t ring in my order. I told him how other stores had done it and we moved on from there. Theyneeded a little more time to cook part of my order which I know happens quite a bit so I pulled up and out of the way. Aftersome time and at least 6-7 cars picked up their order. I went inside and the item I was waiting on was sitting in the warmerwith my order lost in the shuffle at the window. I asked about my order and the manager came from the back. She ordered one ofthe workers to grab the item I was waiting on and slung the bag on the counter without apology and acted as if I bothered her. I checked before I left and was missing something. I asked about it and both the manager and cashier questioned me so I showedthem the receipt. Another bag was slung at me without apology. I do not agree that the customer is always right but we do payfor goods and a certain level of service. It was very clean and most of my order was right when I got home (wrong biscuit) butunfortunately won?t be returning. Read more

They sometimes close earlier than the website says. Their drive-through tells you they are closed when they are actually open.... They don?t say anything until you ask if they are really closed. Like they want you to leave. Then they wanted more money forhoney mustard when I hadn?t gotten any with my meal at the window. Last 3-4 times I went they didn?t include the sauce and/ormessed something up and I had to ask for it again. They are generally not friendly. Not going there anymore. Read more
