Stopped at this McDonald's on the way home from Chapel Hill. Got a mcrib combo. The fries were hot but the sandwich was very... cold and not alot of BBQ sauce on the rib. Called back to the restaurant to speak to a manager and the young lady told me tohold on. Well minutes went by no one came to the phone. So, I keep on the phone hoping someone would pick it up. Horrible! The young girl with the glasses that works the window on the weekends wears soooooooo much fragrance that my drinks... and food taste like it. I have called and written numerous times and it continues. Its absolutely disgusting trying to drink anOrange Juice that tastes like cheap perfume. Ive had to ask for new lids for my drinks. The amount of perfume you need to wearfor that to happen is crazy. Read more
All I can say is, be honest.. If the machine is broke just say so Ordered 2 vanilla shakes and both were very runny. When I was... handed the drinks I right away told the worker these don't look right. Her come back was they got like that from having beenmade and put on the counter to wait for us to pull up. Ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal last night and it was horrible. I was expecting a chicken breast sandwich for the price... BUT it was actually a larger super fake chicken McChicken PATTY. Disgusting!! Very disappointed in McDonald's quality of thissandwich. Save your money and go elsewhere for a real chicken sandwich. Read more
Just visited this location and ordered 1 crispy chicken biscuit. My biscuit was cooked to perfection. My chicken looked like it... had been cooking for a week. Absolutely disappointed and still hungry. Thanks McDonald's. Read more
The best run McDonalds my wife and I have ever been to, best fast food place actually altogether. Great staff, very friendly,... great prices, very clean. We love it. We have breakfast here almost daily. The staff are very friendly, very sincere at whatthey do. They are like family to a lot of the regulars. We love it. I had gotten cold fries and had to turn around to get some fresh fries. When we got them they weren't cooked good and the fish... sandwich wasn't as good. They usually have very fresh when we would go there but not here lately. We just threw our sandwich andfries away. We wasted our money and I was too far to turn back around. Read more
