Okay, I have to be honest. My wife and I have not been to a Red Lobster in a long time only because life was getting in the way.... Our first visit in a very long time was excellent. I've never had bad service, nasty food, nor bad pickups from Red Lobster. My mom loves this restaurant, and I love taking her.... The food is always good even on their slow days. I'd recommend this particular location to anyone close that likes seafood.Great place to eat Read more

I used to love this restaurant and visited most locations in and out of town. I’ve noticed a decline in the food and service... over the years. Today at the Pittsburgh California location our experience was poor. The clam chowder soup was watery, thefilet mignon steak was tough and dry. When asked for more crackers to help deter the watery soup, the young lady actedinsulted. She finally brought it to us after chatting with her other customers. She failed to check in with to see if we wereok until the end. So we left the uneaten food to the side and asked for the check. To be at this age in life, I expected muchbetter customer service. We are kind and reasonable people. Unfortunately, the waitress displayed cold and disinterestedbehavior. We’ll never eat at that location again. I hope that you will get better treatment. 6/6/21 The food was good & the portions are perfect, but the wait for the food was a bit long. I'm not sure if they're... short-staffed, but we were a party of 3 & they didn't seem to have too much people there for the wait time. 6/8/21 Came toenjoy a daily deal (shrimp, salmon, lobster feast). I love garlic but I think this might have had a little too much for me. AndI hate to say this because I use to love it, but their clam chowder seems like it's just gotten watery almost.
