45 minute wait in the drive thru at 8:45 in the evening. We?ve got to do better
This location is filthy. The owner of this location should be a shame. The drive thru is dark and grimy. The drinks are always... off. And I don't want to mention the restroom. I recall when I worked at STARBUCKS the city... we had to clean the restrooms, wipe down tables and chairs. You are def making STARBUCKS look awful ???? Trash literally covering the end of their drive through. I bet it's all the cities fault. Besides that the burger I got, which... are shipped frozen, was sideways so I had to rip it apart and put it on straight lol Read more
We drove all the way from San Francisco on our way home and stopped at this Starbucks because it said it was open till 9:30.... When we got to the door it said the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru was open and it was only 8:00. Coffee July 7th2022. We really had to use the restroom and I had my handicap mom in the car. It seems as they just locked the doors becausethere was children running around in the lobby and other customers. This was a very big inconvenience for us because we had todrive all the way to look for a Starbucks and we are so excited that this was open and very disappointed when we got here thatwe could not use the restroom. I ordered in the lobby. The drink order was filled in a timely method even though the drive-through had a line into the... street. The staff were friendly and called out the drink. Lobby was clean and mostly empty. Both tables and window seats wereavailable, both very welcoming. The music wasn't too loud; I didn't have to raise my voice to have a conversation. Read more
The Staff is WONDERFUL and friendly! The 3 stars should actually be 1 to the management for closing all the outlets at this... location! So I split the difference and did 3 stars, wink. Starbucks was built not only on coffee, but the wonderful abilityto hold quick business meeting here and there, no matter what the city. The flexibility of charging a laptop to get you throughthe day is priceless! Charge an extra $2-$5 for the electricity, professionals will not care, it is the convenience! I am nota coffee drinker, but I gladly come purchase my $5 coffee, to be able to meet someone that I did not know, here in public. Iwill not come back unless this changes back to offer the outlets to charge devices. I can stay in my car to charge mydevice.....no problem, but you have changed the reason to meet here versus somewhere else. Read more
Disappointed. Ordered via app. Waited (seemed like) long time. Half dozen people entered, ordered at the counter, left and I... was never asked what I was waiting on. So I waited in line at the counter to ask if my order has even been received and theclerk found my beverage hidden behind the counter. Yea.... This location is notorious for difficulty with parking, slowservice which is why I usually drive to the next town for Peet's.... SMH Read more
DON?T GO HERE FOR DRIVE THRU! A lady cut in line on the drive thru. She cut 5 cars behind me including me. The starbucks crew... outside taking order still took the order of that lady even I informed the crew that person cut the lane. The crew seems didn?tcare!!! It is so upsetting.
