Ordered a large sandwich to share with my kids. Specified no cheese because my twins have a dairy allergy. Got cheese on it... anyway. Called the store to explain and the manager was SO RUDE about it. I wasn't mean or demanding.. just explaining thesituation. She sounded like she did not want to deal with me at all. Me and my husband both work in kitchens so I understandmistakes happen, but don't get upset when you're nicely asked to correct that mistake. If I could post a review with no stars I would... This location in Pittsburgh has no right to claim they are FREAKY FAST!!! I... was the 2nd car in line no other car was behind me and watied 20 mins. I got to work to eat, got the completely wrong order! Thelady at the window even asked what I had orderd before hand. Called and was told 30 mims before somone will be out with mycorrect order! My boss orderd his and watied 1hr for it to be delivered after calling twice on the order. Absolutelyridiculous!!! Read more
I recently like 20 min ago from now just ordered food from the pittsburgh ks store and they forgot my drink and chips on my... order that I did pay for so I tried calling the store and one picked up said something then hung up so I kept calling then theyproceeded to keep answering then hanging up . I do have the receipt if needed But awful terrible service! On top of that tookalmost two hours to even get it to my door it's a sandwich! Not pizza. Read more
I placed my order a little before 11. Almost an hour later, I checked my app to see where my order was. It said it was... delivered. It was not out front, so I called the store and the driver told me she dropped it off at the second to last house. Iwalked over and checked and it was not there. I called the store back and told them this and asked if they could just refund myorder. The person I talked to was very rude and did not seem to care that the order was not delivered to my house. She got anattitude and cut me off finally saying she would refund my order. My address is clearly marked on my house. I will not beordering from this jimmy John?s again. Horrible costume service. Always pleased with my food from Jimmy's John's. Over the past year their service and delivery times have suffered immensely.... The past several months the wait time has been at least 30 minutes. Today it was 1 hour and 21 minutes. After one hour I calledthe store and was told that the driver had just pulled up to pick up my order. No apology offered from the person on the phone.Contactless delivery knocked on the door and left my order by the door. The delivery driver waved and said, "sorry for thedelay." A different delivery driver has regularly placed the food and drink directly in front of the screen door, requiring meto gently push the door open and reach around it to make sure the drink isn't knocked over. This shop was very clean - the crew was quick and accurate with the orders. Will make this our regular roadtrip stop!
