I went here with my friend and life partner. There is a decent seating area and the food tastes good. The service was fast and... only made one mistake. The main downside was the noise level. To communicate we had to hallway yell. It was during lunch so theamount of talking customers was understandable. Although I would suggest not having the music as loud when there are a lot ofcustomers. Despite this, I will be going back. Read more
I would never return here.. frist of all they mess up my order went back to get it fixed employees had an attitude...worst part... was when I was getting my veggies I noticed a dead fly in the cucumbers!! I told them they threw away all the cucumbers but IWas so gross out I couldn't eat my wrap any more I had to trow it away. ????????.. man I wonder how many people before i wentin there ate those cucumbers.. they should really be more careful with the food keeping it close or inspecting it more often! One of the Pittsburg locations. This is more for the employee working rather than the store. They were very busy. Sunday around... 7 pm. One seasoned worker and a trainee. The seasoned was very kind. She was kind to the trainee even though she stopped oftento help him. She was calm under pressure and did mult orders at one time to keep line moving. She kept sanitation procedures inmind and took time to change gloves often. She thanked everyone for being so patient. Food was fresh and very good. The trainerreally needs commended for her hard work and customer service. She was excellent. So hopefully she sees this. Read more
Pro: they've never told me they didn't have Italian herbs and cheese (unlike the north store, they're seemingly out every single... time I go) Con: entirely too slow. When we got there the parking lot was empty, one car in front of us. We ordered ahead custhe app to save time . Ended up sitting in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Standard Subway location food-wise, good for a quick sandwich and drink - unfortunately it is hit or miss on service. Sometimes... you'll get an extremely attentive sandwich expert who's very personable, other times you'll get an uninterested college studentor teenager who could care less - or might not even be at the counter. Anyway, not recommended but not the worst. Read more
Service was terrible and the 1 guy that was there seemed like he had no idea what's going on. Looked very lost. I'll go back... cause it's subway but will definitely depend on who's working. Got home sandwich wasn't toasted. The kid was worried about hisphone more than the customers. Definitely not happy with that service today.
