The line in the drive through is always very long. But the staff is always surprised by this and almost never prepared with... enough food to meet the demand. This gives me time to catch up on TV shows I missed during week. 5 stars. Would have given six.But it looks like I'm all out. Read more
The food was good but the place was not very clean. At one point, an employee's girlfriend showed up with sushi & treats for... the crew and they ate it there at the front counter. A customer came in and they continued to eat & goof around. One guyeventually waited on the customer and the crew cleared out. I realize these are probably college students but someone thereshould be responsible enough to handle the activity better. Read more
So tired of this location and it's unwillingness to CHECK TO MAKE SURE FOOD IS IN THE BAG. The past three times we've been we've... been missing the most expensive items in the order. Today I even asked them to double check everything was there since it was abig order. They said they did. They had it all piled into one bag when it was handed to us, so we couldn't see ourselves if ithas all there. Again, we got home and it's missing the most expensive items. We live 20 minutes away. We can't just pop back.Even so, tried to call the restaurant. No answer. The quality control here is absolutely awful. Read more
This place had really good food and it was open late! I got a cravings box and everything was delicious as well as made... correctly. The staff is very friendly and the line wasn't very long. I definitely recommend it. Read more
There cinnamon things tasted like they added extra grease for fun. They were out of the drinks I ordered, the girl at the window... was great though and got me something else, she was polite and talkative, the line was long and the systems were not working andI think there were maybe three people working in the whole restaurant. Consistent issues that are either the wrong item or not made to company specifications. Sloppy and lazy. You no longer receive... a receipt that i would guess is to keep you from calling to complain to the store or have order numbers for corporatecomplaints. Dining area should stay open longer. It closes way early, compared to the drive thru, making the wait ridiculously long at... night! Read more
